1. Go to Krasarang Wilds at 64.05, 24.79

2. You are looking for Sunwalker Scout (Note that he spawns at these coordinates and walks on the road to the east.)

3. Enable automatic setting of the stopwatch, indicating next spawn:

4. Disable once finished so it doesn't keep scanning the combat-log:

I've found him to have the highest drop-chance for Juicycrunch Carrot and especially Red Blossom Leek, he must really like those! He doesn't always drop the cooking ingredients, but when he drops, it's between 1 and 4 items. In my personal opinion it's far more than I could manage farming the other suggested mobs.

For Horde characters you have to farm Darnassian Outrider (she is nearby, spawns at 61, 29) and use a slightly different macro for the stopwatch script:

You know all this is great.

Except I just came all the way over here because I needed some carrots.

This mob is now accompanied by 6 Nightsabers, same level.

Kind of a grisly death for my 87 mage.

Remember to get 10 carrots before leaving the area, because 5 Sauteed Carrots need 10/2 Juicycrunch Carrot

She respawns at 61,29 ; respawn time : 1 min.

If you want to multi-task you can stand at 62.3, 30.8 in Kasarang and fish in the river.

You can usually get 6-8 fishes in before the outrider will path into you and you can then kill her and go back to fishing. Might not be as efficient if you just killed the outrider as soon as she spawns as it takes her like 20 seconds to path over to the river but its much better than just watching her spawn point.

Hunter Specific: Her Nightsaber is NOT tamable. A shame really, would be nice having an equivalent to the tamable Horde wolfmount lookalike pets that can be tamed in several places.

Alliance, you can get her to aggro on the lvl 89 elite tauren guards from Thunder Cleft. Being regular lvl 86s, she and her nightsaber are not much help fighting them, but it's still fun :)

Currently there's a little fun bug with her, if you aggro 1 of the tauren guards at the nearby horde out-post, then run over to her, she will attack the guard, kill him, but her nightsaber wont despawn.

so you can just create an army of nightsabers lol..

this mob is stealthed, so look closer if you don't see her at first :)

Spent ages looking for her because I'm going for Juicycrunch Carrots for Way of the Wok , only to realise you're not able to attack her as Alliance.

You'll be looking for Sunwalker Scout if you're Alliance - close nearby.

P.S. When I eventually did find Darnassian Outrider it was at /way 64.4 25.8 - I didn't find her at the map coordinates from Wowhead. Happy hunting.
