Appears to be the best mob to get Juicycrunch Carrot from if you are an Alliance player with a 42% drop chance. Horde players have to settle for a meager 10% chance from Stormgarm Medics, and a 33% chance if they want to solo an Amani Behemoth

Best spawn point: 64,24 in Krasarang.

He spawns about every minute, so kill the heck out of him and collect all the free carrots you want.

For the Horde players a good alternative would be killing Darnassian Outrider Fairly fast respawn time and drop rate.
Killed her 4 times and got 6 x Juicycrunch Carrot.

1. Go to Krasarang Wilds at 64.05, 24.79

2. You are looking for Sunwalker Scout (Note that he spawns at these coordinates and walks on the road to the east.)

3. Enable automatic setting of the stopwatch, indicating next spawn:

4. Disable once finished so it doesn't keep scanning the combat-log:

I've found him to have the highest drop-chance for Juicycrunch Carrot and especially Red Blossom Leek, he must really like those! He doesn't always drop the cooking ingredients, but when he drops, it's between 1 and 4 items. In my personal opinion it's far more than I could manage farming the other suggested mobs.

For Horde characters you have to farm Darnassian Outrider (she is nearby, spawns at 61, 29) and use a slightly different macro for the stopwatch script:

Killing the NPC gives no XP.

Mostly found it spawning at /way 66.5 20.3 as well as on the path at the other side of the water there

In 8.1.5, he reliably spawns every 50-60 sec at precisely 67.18 19.96
