There exist and have existed for many centuries the idea of a centaur -- a being with, typically, the upper half of a human and the lower half of a horse.

There's the original Greco-Roman centaur, a "wild, violent, lustful, and intoxicated" creature.
There's C. S. Lewis's centaur, wise, prophetic, and generally extremely majestic.
There's J. K. Rowling's centaur, skilled in "archery, healing, and astrology," yet wild with a tendency to violence.
And plenty more iterations of centaurs.

And then there's World of Warcraft's centaur...
...truly, epically, hideously ugly beings with a bizarre gait,
...who live in symbiosis with flies,
...who grunt stupidly and often at nothing and no one in particular,
...and who emit a disarmingly silly yet strange vocalization upon death.

Even their leader, Khan Ablinh, simply grunts...
...and swings his spear -- yes, he swings his spear
...at the campfire in front of him
...every 5-7 seconds
...and does and says nothing else
...during what I presume is a very ineffective attempt by Trackmaster Zherin at a conversation.
(You can find Kravel Koalbeard having the same rate of success in the same endeavor, but with another leader, Khan Blizh.)
