The phrase "Klaatu barada nikto" originates from the 1951 Cold-War-era science fiction film The Day the Earth Stood Still. The phrase "Gort! Klaatu barada nikto!" was used to stop Gort, the robot in the film, from destroying the world.

There is no known translation for the phrase, although "Klaatu" is the name of the humanoid alien protagonist in the film, while nikto means nobody in Russian.

In World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, two NPCs exist together named Klaatu and Barada. One named Nikto hasn't been sighted yet.

If you kill Anchorite Barada, Colonel Jules lying infront in the bed will start floating - He will float into the middle of the room and back into the bed.

As horde Colonel Jules is friendly and Anchorite Barada neutral.

If you speak with Colonel Jules, he says the following:

"Be gone, <class>! Leave us be, or we will enter you next and show you true despair!"

Looks like the draenei is praying for him, interesting in my opinion :)

Actually I can throw one more thing in the list of likely origins for the names...Surprised no one mentioned it already. Klatu, Nikto, and Barada are all aliens at Jabba's Palace in Return of the Jedi

I agree that it is most likely a reference to Army of the Dead, because as Alliance there is a series of quests related to Colonel Jules, that are like the Movie "The Exorcist".

During the final quest The Exorcism of Colonel Jules, Colonel Jules floats around the bed saying things to threaten and taunt Klatu & you, much like the possessed Regan in the final confrontation scene. While this is going on, dark spirits will occasionally come out of Colonel Jules & attack Klatu

I had the hardest timing finding "Achorite Barada" and was very disappointed not to find his location here.
The answer: He's just in the next room further to the back
