Hiu Fi is part of the Crushed Supply Crate treasure

Hiu Fi is an automa located on Zereth Mortis chirping in distress around 57.43 62.98. He is in possession of the Jiro Hammer which is used to break the Fallen Rock surrounding the Crushed Supply Crate nearby at 56.74 64.18.

To make Hiu Fi give you the Jiro Hammer you need to find the missing Roaming Repair Tool (Repair Tool) which is located on the fallen pillar behind the Crushed Supply Crate at 56.71 64.13 inside a chipped part just on top of the treasure.

Once you get the Roaming Repair Tool talk to Hiu Fi and he will exchange it for the Jiro Hammer. He will then join his fellow automa in repairing the giant orb.

You will then be able to interact with the Fallen Rock and break them allowing you to open the Crushed Supply Crate.

Repair Tool is Crushed Supply Crate treasure related NPC.

The chest can be found next to the stone wall but it can't be interacted with. Carefully check out the pillar just above the treasure crate.
There is a very small object there - Repair Tool, pick it up to get Roaming Repair Tool.
Near the orb you can find a small NPC named Hiu Fi. Talk to it to get Jiro Hammer that will help you to break through the stones and get the chest.

* You can use console command /tar Hiu Fi to target it if its hard to find.

Related to the Crushed Supply Crate Treasure in Zereth Mortis.

To get it you have to find Repair Tool on pillar above the treasure
Collect Roaming Repair Tool small item can be hard to see)
Then talk to Hiu Fi near the orb to get the Jiro Hammer
Use the hammer to break the Fallen Rock stones around the treasure.

Crushed Supply Crate treasure is a part of Curious Collections and Treasures of Zereth Mortis Criteria of Unlocking the Secrets.

Crushed Supply Crate is located 56 64 and is blocked by stones. To unlock it Pick up Repair Tool ( is over treasure on pillar ) then speak with Hiu Fi 57 63 and He will give You Jiro Hammer now You can remove all blocking stones to open treasure.
