I couldn't find a list of what her ghosts do, so I'll start one:

Yevkek the Slaver: Atonement of the Abductor
Ick the Illiterate: Atonement of the Archivists
Khongordzolo the Manipulator: Atonement of the Disgraced
Gahiji the Tomb Raider: Atonement of the Defiler
Werimu the Traitor-King: Atonement of the Betrayer

Here are all the details I was able to observe when trying to get the Crypt Key buff:

It seems like there is a one hour respawn, with the ghost/bell spawning at half-past X every hour (i.e. 10:30, 11:30,...).
Once the bell is triggered (=paid 30x Infused Rubies), it despawns within 5 minutes.
The ghost will stay there, even if the bell is already gone.
The ghost despawns in 30 minutes.
The order of the ghosts is random. You can get the same one several times in a row.
