-Lost Featherling is an extremely rare drop from various elite mobs in The Citadel of Loyalty, in the northwest corner of Bastion, in the Shadowlands.
-This will drop only for characters in the Kyrian Covenant; however, once obtained, as with ~~all~~ most pets (looking at you, Ruffle!), Lost Featherling may be summoned by any character on the account, regardless of Covenant choice.
-The "Black Bell" Kyrian-summoned Elite rares Larionrider Orstus and Eliminator Sotiros, made available by the Anima Conductor, also have a chance to drop this pet. (It's a bit strange though, they have different loot percentages for this pet, when they are looted together. But for the purpose of accuracy: Larionrider Orstus's drop chance according to Wowhead is 0.4%, and Eliminator Sotiros's is 0.16%.)
-The other NPCs listed at Lost Featherling's page as having the highest drop percentage of 0.4% are Misguided Postulant and Fallacious Aspirant.

The pet's adorable interactions with your character are:

When you mount up, it will mount on its very own Forsworn-variant Larion mount! (Unfortunately, however, unlike Ruffle, the Lost Featherling will not fly behind you --without the aid of toys-- if you take flight; it will disappear as all ground mounts do. Why this is the case, I don't know...)
When you target Lost Featherling and /sit, it will sit down with you!
When you target Lost Featherling and /talk, it will gesture as if it's conversing with you!
When you target Lost Featherling and /roar, it will cower in fear of you, shaking in terror!
When you idle for a bit, Lost Featherling will either:
1) begin using a hammer to construct a bell that you can interact with to ring!
2) produce a broom which it will use to sweep for a short time!
