There seems to be an issue involving this mob attacking when he's green. I was doing the quest Deathfang's Favorite Toy when he started attacking the Revendreth companion of an undead, stopping everyone from being able to throw the toy for quest credit. After killing the NPC follower, it started attacking the undead, who seemed unable to fight back, as he only healed himself a bit before dying. It happened again when the undead respawned, starting with attacking the follower, perhaps that's where the issue is? Oddly enough, as Alliance, I got honor when Deathfang killed the undead.

This is the item that must be looted from nearby hostile mobs, in order to complete the World Quest Deathfang's Favorite Toy.

- Once looted, move to Deathfang and click him to begin playtime.

- "Throw" the item by right clicking it in your bags and left clicking on the ground anywhere -- or you can click the item's icon in your quest log and then click the ground anywhere.
^--- The small, green reticle will show you where the Deathfang's Favorite Skull will land.

- It takes time for Deathfang to run after the Deathfang's Favorite Skull, pick it up, and run back.
^-- If you want to save time, you can just throw it so it lands directly on top of where he's already standing, instead of throwing it far away. But I feel bad doing that :P
- Each time he returns, Deathfang will either:
1) drop it in your bags;
2) drop it on the ground (then you have to click the Deathfang's Favorite Skull on the ground nearby); or
3) hold it in his mouth (then you have to click him, to take the Deathfang's Favorite Skull from him).

^--- He actually emotes in your chat box one of three different emotes, depending on which of these you need to do:
1) "Deathfang spits the skull back out at you." = Deathfang drops Deathfang's Favorite Skull in your bags.
2) "Deathfang drops the skull on the ground, then looks at your expectantly." = you must click Deathfang's Favorite Skull that Deathfang dropped on the ground nearby.
3) "Deathfang holds the skull, dancing playfully. His extra heads are snapping excitedly." = you must click Deathfang to retrieve Deathfang's Favorite Skull from him and throw it again.

Once you've done this 4 times, on the 5th time Deathfang will return with a perturbed Karaage in his mouth, who you must kill to finish the World Quest.

I wrote out all of this just so I could say how silly it is that this is Deathfang's Favorite Skull... considering we just found / created it for him by slaying a few mobs... So this couldn't possibly be Deathfang's "favorite" skull!
