Overview – Amarth raises minions from the dead to assault players during [Land of the Dead]. After a short time, he will cast [Final Harvest], destroying his minions and inflicting damage to all players if they still stand.
- Tank –
  Destroy Amarth's minions before he is able to cast [Final Harvest].
  Interrupt [Frostbolt Volley] to reduce incoming damage.
  
  Defend carefully against Bonefang's attacks during [Unholy Frenzy].
- Damage Dealers –
  Destroy Amarth's minions before he is able to cast [Final Harvest].
  Interrupt [Frostbolt Volley] to reduce incoming damage.
  
  Avoid being hit by [Necrotic Breath].
- Healer –
  Tanks will take a severe amount of damage during [Unholy Frenzy].
  Players hit by [Necrotic Breath] will take reduced healing.
Land of the Dead – Amarth summons skeletal minions to his side over 4 sec. Inflicts 25 Shadow damage to players within 3.5 yards of the summoning location.

  - Frostbolt – Fires a bolt of ice at the target, inflicting 131903 Frost damage and applying Chilled.
    Chilled – Reduces the target's movement speed by 10% for 8 sec. This effect stacks.
  - Frostbolt Volley – Sends shards of ice at nearby enemies, inflicting 8 Frost damage and applying Chilled.
    Chilled – Reduces the target's movement speed by 10% for 8 sec. This effect stacks.

Final Harvest – Amarth harvests the bodies of his minions, destroying them.
If the minion still stands, it explodes and inflicts 40 damage to all players. Otherwise its corpse explodes, inflicting 40 damage only to players within 8 yards.
In Mythic Difficulty, Amarth gains applications of Tortured Echoes for each skeleton or player killed.
- Tortured Echoes – Amarth harvests power from the deaths of enemies and allies alike. Each application inflicts 16488 Shadow damage to all enemies every 3 sec.
  This effect stacks.
Necrotic Breath – Bonefang spews forth necrotic spittle, inflicting 15 Shadow damage every 0.5 sec. to enemies caught in the breath and reducing healing received by 50%.
In Mythic Difficulty, passing through Necrotic Breath applies Necrotic Ichor.
- Necrotic Ichor – Lingering ichor from Necrotic Breath inflicts 82439 Shadow damage every 1 sec and reduces healing received by 30% for 10 sec.
Unholy Frenzy – Amarth sends Bonefang into a frenzy, increasing its attack speed by 40% for 16 sec.
Necrotic Bolt – Amarth inflicts 115415 Shadow damage to an enemy and causes them to absorb the next 45416 healing.
