Nadja is definitly not a strong follower. At lvl 40 she deals 300 damage to a single target on a 3 round CD.
You'll probably only use her because she is your highest lvl follower (due to her being unlocked first) or because you need her stealth ability to cheese a mission that includes enemys with cone attacks.
Putting her on the middle front field will make all enemy cone abilitys only hit 1 of your ranged followers, because enemys will attack your front right and front left melees

One of the things she said to me - dont know if generic or specific to her - was "Ravendreth, where noone should know your name" - which i take to be a reference to TV prog Cheers i think it was (where everybody knows your name)

She sells her other adventurers down the river using Shadow Walk. Cheeky

Her shadowalk ability is most taken advantage of when against opponents that deal damage to adjacent enemies or in the back row when they fire from a cone. This way she can not be targeted, but at the same time does not pass the damage to someone else.
