Phantasmal Parasite:

Speaking of Mythic+, each time she casts it, Phantasmal Parasite does massive damage to the 2 players affected. As the healer dispels, the 2nd player may have already been half-dead after the 8 seconds of cooldown. Therefore, you may want to assemble a group with at least 2 magic dispellers. For example, a Shadow Priest or a Warlock with their Imp's beside the healer. (All healers can dispel magic.)

Draw Soul:

Stuns 2 players for 3 seconds and draw out their souls. The souls will run towards the boss direction. The souls look like a spectral mirror image of your toon. Your own soul has a red arrow above its head. The ordinary tactic is to run and catch it ASAP.
If she targets you with Draw Soul while you are affected by a not-yet-dispelled Phantasmal Parasite, immediately pop defensive.

Grasping Hands:

This is the green puddle with spectral hands in it. Stay out of it to avoid damage. TankNotes say you can willfully step into it briefly before Draw Soul, so your soul will be stunned by the puddle, allowing you to immediately claim your soul back.

Tank:

Stay in the boss's melee range, so to prevent her from wiping your group with Spectral Reach.

Healer:

Dispel promptly. When a teammate is affected by Draw Soul and is running to catch their soul, help them with the likes of Tiger's Lust.

DPS:

If you are affected by Phantasmal Parasite, position >4 yards from teammates. If you are a Shadow Priest or a Warlock (with Imp ability ), help your healer dispel.

Misc:

Stay away from the edge of the platform. If you fall off, you will die.

Overview – Kul'tharok will try to separate your body from your soul. Reunite them as quickly as possible to survive.
- Tank –
  [Draw Soul] will always make your drawn soul move towards Kul'tharok.
  Kul'tharok only uses her [Spectral Reach] when her primary target isn't in melee range.
- Damage Dealers –
  [Draw Soul] will always make your move towards Kul'tharok.
  [Phantasmal Parasite] inflicts damage to nearby allies.
  [Draw Soul] prevents all actions and spell casting until your soul is recaptured.
- Healer –
  [Draw Soul] will always make your move towards Kul'tharok.
  [Phantasmal Parasite] inflicts damage to nearby allies.
Draw Soul – The caster draws out the soul of random players. Victims are Soulless for 20 sec.
In Mythic difficulties, failing to reacquire your Drawn Soul triggers [Posession].
- Soulless – While separated from their soul, the player's body suffers 131903 Shadow damage every 1 sec. and prevents all actions and spellcasting.
- Reclaimed Soul – Reclaiming your soul increases your damage dealt by 30% for 30 sec.
- Possession – Failure to reacquire your soul results in becoming a host for a hostile soul within the room.
  While Possessed, the hostile soul forces your body to attack your allies.
Phantasmal Parasite – Kul'tharok attaches a phantasm to random players that inflicts 131903 Shadow damage to the target and all players within 3.5 yards every 1 sec. for 10 sec.
Grasping Hands – Kul'tharok summons spectral hands at several nearby locations. Players within 2 yards of the impact suffer 30 Shadow damage.
These hands will bind the souls of players, immobilizing them for 10 sec.
Spectral Reach – While Kul'tharok's primary target is not in melee range she unleashes necrotic energy at them, inflicting 824394 Shadow damage and causes the victim to suffer an additional 247318 Shadow damage every 3 sec for 12 sec.
Chill of the Beyond – Kul'tharok's presence chills players to the bone, inflicting 49464 Shadow damage every 3 sec.
