She spawns in the Deepcoil Tunnels in Nazjatar.

This rare is being triggered, does not spawn normally.

The way to do it is such:
-There are Undisturbed Specimen eggs that need to be clicked on.
-They look exactly the same like all of the rest but they can be interacted with. (void-ish looks)
-I am not sure if there is a clicking order but however I triggered the rare instantly after clicking all 4 eggs.

After you do that a small dialog will appear in your chat window.
Look around for a regular Tidemistress model.
She's a Rare with around 500k HP with two small adds. Soloed it easily!

You need to click 5 eggs. Didnt spawn for me after 4 eggs, so i looked for a 5th one. After finding and clicking a 5th egg, the rare spawned!

Hello all,

Some things from when I tried to down this rare:

1. The eggs are not always up; they are on a spawn timer. This may seem obvious, but nowhere has it listed that the eggs just might not be there.
2. I am submitting a picture of what the eggs look like because that was also difficult for me to be able to find. The only description was that they look "voidish," so hopefully the picture will shed some light on what this means.
3. I spawned this rare with only one egg clicked, so it appears it is random as to how many eggs might be needed. Anywhere from 1 to the max of 5.

That's it. Hope any of this helps in getting this rare down.

Worth noting that the dialogue that confirms that this rare has been summoned will be "A loud hiss echoes throughout the tunnels."

Just wanted to put this here because I got whispered by Unseen Presence (N'Zoth) a couple of times while I was looking for the eggs.

When I was hunting the Tidemistress, I was quite befuddled, even with the pictures already on the page. I found a single undisturbed egg, but couldn't find any others, despite looking for (I kid you not) a solid 45 minutes. Since then, I've found the eggs tend to spawn in several repeating locations. I have had her spawn after disturbing a single egg, but more often, it's after multiple eggs.

I've uploaded (or attempted to) screenshots of all the spawn points I've found, with enough of the surroundings visible to make it easy to locate the area within the tunnels, and pointing out where the egg will spawn in each point. If you have Monel-Hardened Stirrups or are a druid, you can usually zip by and touchy the eggs without anything interrupting you. The only hiccup is the nearby zoatroids, which can fly.

I just wanted to add a couple notes here for people hunting this.

I confirmed that you do not need to click all 5 eggs in order to spawn her.

I had WM on while initially hunting for these eggs and despite searching for quite a while I was only able to find 1 egg. Upon clicking this nothing happened but I continued my search and found no more eggs.

So I decided to turn WM off and search again. I clicked 1 single egg and the she immediately spawned with the emote: "A loud hiss echoes throughout the tunnels."

After killing her I looked around the tunnels some more and there were at least 4 other eggs active so in the interest of information gathering I clicked all these and nothing happened.

It's possible that the single egg I clicked may have been the 5th one in a sequence that was started by other people but my guess is it's simply a random spawn upon clicking any egg.

This Rare requires you to click on 5 eggs to spawn and has 1111k health as of October 14th 2019

Just some more observations:

Yesterday, with WM on I had to click on four eggs, namely at

/way 66.88, 22.22 Egg 1
/way 65.69, 23.46 Egg 2
/way 67, 24.75 Egg 3
/way 65.91, 24.70 Egg 4

to make her spawn. Today, there was only one egg available, No 5 at

/way 65.27 19.50 Egg 5

After reading brizco's comment I decided to turn WM off and try again et voila, the other four eggs were clickable.

She spawned after I clicked eggs 1 to 3 with No 4 still clickable after the kill.

i clicked on the first egg, and the rare spawned 100 yards from me. 65.5, 20.5 ish
