Easily soloable (400 feral druid here).

He has approximately 1 million HP. He had 5 abilities that I saw.

Run Through: 1.5 second cast time. Charges to a target, knocking back for a few yards everyone in his path and at his target. He charges 3 times in a row, casting it each time. Deals about 13.5k physical damage per charge. Non-interruptible cast but he can be stunned (i.e. stunning him during the first charge will make him move on to his next attack/ability). This can target both players and followers (not sure about minions/pets).
Disrupting Shout: 3 second cast time. Interrupts everyone within a small radius. Non-interruptible cast.
Bloody Cleaver: Instant cast. Cleaves everyone in front of him, giving you a 8 second bleed debuff. Deals about 3.5k physical damage every 2 seconds.
Song of Azshara: 3 second cast time. Put everyone around him to sleep for a few seconds. Can be interrupted.
Binding Kelp: Instant cast. Leashes you to a Kelp Anchor. You can't move more than 10 yards away from the anchor until you destroy it.

The first 3 abilities seem to be his regular rotation. He never cast Song of Azshara the first time I killed him, but he did cast it once the second time. I only saw Binding Kelp cast during another kill. Perhaps he has the 3 base abilities and then possibly a 4th ability that changes every spawn? That's what it seems like to me.

For those in 9.2.7+ like me, these things don't show up on the map anymore or even on WQ list addons like "World Quests List."

If you have an addon like "WQAchievements", it'll actually tell you which one is available. More-importantly, it'll let you link & track the world quest (easily, at least, but I'm sure it's doable w/o the addon). If you click the WQ-link in the popup window for WQAchievements, it'll show up in your Blizzard quest/achievement/campaign/etc tracking. When you're tracking it like that, clicking the tracked WQ will highlight on the map where it is briefly with a flashy circle animation, getting around it not showing up on the map. Saves a lot of time over just searching for various spawnpoints.
