A bit surprised no one has mentioned this yet, but Pristy has some race specific dialogue if you pick the "What improvements could mechanization offer me?" option while talking to her.

Here is what she says to a Darkspear troll:

<Pristy examines you carefully, poking you with a sharp needle.>
Now you are an interesting case, my dear test subject...
I recommend against full limb replacement due to your rapid regeneration. Who knows what would happen.
Besides, your unique biological capability could be leveraged in a more efficient manner.
You should pursue a surgical plan that accounts for near-constant upgrade procedures. You can modify yourself every morning to fit the specific needs of the day!
Most other races could not withstand such a taxing biological demand, but your body appears to be built for it.

And the Blood Elf version:

<Pristy examines you carefully.>
You, my dear test subject, have many flaws. The biggest being your complicated connection to magic.
I assume that you cannot help it. It's in your blood.
But you must break that connection and replace with a much more healthy and sustainable reliance on technology!
Spend some time thinking of the most common tasks you use magic for around your home.
Then, after you've identified them, we will infuse you with a whole host of mechanical components that can do that task for you instead!

She tells my Draenei:

Impressive physique... Sturdy balance... Indomitable resilience... Nature did pretty well with you.
But let's talk about those tendrils... Frankly, they look ridiculous, and I doubt they serve any real purpose.
I recommend immediately replacing them with retractable hoses or storage tubes. Your choice.

With you, I'm less concerned about what our goals will be in your improvement plan. Those are obvious.
Instead, I'm worried about what roadblocks we might encounter during procedures and in the recovery phase.
Will your body accept mechanical implants, or reject them? Maybe even fight them as invasive entities trying to corrupt you?
Yes, we will certainly need to do further research before we're ready to proceed with you.

Dialogue for a Pandaren:
<Pristy examines you carefully>
We've got a lot to work with here. I like that.
Really, there's very little that I would not recommend. I believe your body is capable of withstanding tremendous modification
And that, of course, means we should do all of it.

(I think my pandaren might be insulted)

She tells my Dwarf and Dark Iron Dwarf:

Your biological, or should I say geological, quirks could add complications to invasive surgeries.
I'd recommend keeping to surface-level modifications initially. See how your body reacts before delving deeper with more invasive surgeries.
Oh, and you're probably just a bit too tall.

Pristy's recommendation for my Pandaren and Kul Tiran human is:

We've got a lot to work with here. I like that.

An excellent question! There is always room to improve what nature handed you at birth.
Reject equally the claims that you are either perfect or unsalvageable. Both are equally wrong. And you, my dear test subject, have plenty about you that is right. For the rest, I'll write up a 24-page plan detailing every modification we simply must make.
There's still so much to improve!

And for a Gnome, Pristy has recommended:

If anyone was curious, the current comment for mechagnomes is identical to the one she makes to humans. I don't know if this is a bug... or simply apathy on Blizzard's part.

Glad to see people sharing the race specific dialogue for the "What improvements could mechanization offer me?". My highmountain tauren received the following as a response.

" <Pristy examines you carefully from head to hoof.> Impressive physique... Sturdy balance... Efficient gait... Nature did pretty well with you. But let's talk about those horns... Frankly, they look ridiculous, and I doubt they serve any real purpose. I recommend immediately replacing them with antennae receivers or retractable gliders. Your choice."

Apparently it's the same for tauren and draenei according to singularitylocus's comment.

Here's what she says to a Forsaken character:

Well, your body is clearly resilient to even EXIST in its current state.

It also appears to be resistant to, or at least extremely compatible with, infections of all types.

I'd recommend pursuing our most invasive surgical options.

Most test subjects would not survive them, but I'd give you above average odds!
