I will explain the abilities that don't give information in a simple way

Each bodyguard can use evading techniques and loss of aggro spells at the same time as the player, such as Stealth, Feign Death, Invisibility or Greater Invisibility

Learn Deep Fangs at rank 1
Learn Healing Poultice at rank 1. Heal 30% of the player's total hp and increase the bodyguard threath generation for 10 seconds
Learn Undercut at rank 3. Disorient the target for 9 seconds
Learn Fins of the Deep at rank 6. Inflict damage to all enemies in a 3 yards area
Learn Lucky Snapdragon Claw at rank 8
Learn Shiv and Shank at rank 10. Disorient the target for 12 seconds
Learn Rejuvenating Wrap at rank 12. Heal 40% of the player's total hp and increase the bodyguard threath generation for 15 seconds
Learn Strategic Sense at rank 15. Reduce for 5 yards the aggro range of ennemies, increase for 8% the movement speed and increase for 30% the critical damages you inflicted for you and your allies in 40 yards around Neri Sharpfin
Learn Gral's Blessing at rank 18

For some reason if a horde player is engaged in pvp combat she becomes hostile. I am refering to the npc version not when shes a follower.

Grind drop item from and Soundles gives 50 rep with Neri unlimited times per day. Reefwalker Bark gives 20 rep with all bodyguards, and can drop from the treants Kelpwillow, Anemonar, Urduu, Oronu and Murkbloom Reefwalker. I believe this can be turned in unlimited times per day, but it's another grindy rarish drop. Naga Deployment Orders and Ancient Reefwalker Bark also give a ton of rep but this type of bark is once a week, and the Naga Deployment Orders are very rare.

Each of the Nazjatar followers on Horde and Alliance grants an item once they reach level 20. There is one Toy, one Mount and one Pet.
The important thing to note is that both the Mount and Toy are two-in-one; essentially, reaching level 20 on one faction's follower and learning the Mount/Toy will grant the opposite faction's Mount/Toy also! Of course, you can only use the Mount/Toy associated with your character's faction.

The above is not true with regards to the Pet. You have to level the appropriate follower on the opposite faction to level 20 in order to obtain the other Pet.

These pets are NOT CAGEABLE, so levelling a follower is the only way to get them.
If you are leveling the opposite faction's follower solely for the pet, you should be leveling Poen Gillbrack (Horde)/Bladesman Inowari (Alliance)
While you can obtain these pets only with the appropriate faction, you can use them (once learned) on both factions.
