On Mythic, you need to drag him into the bombs on the floor when you are focused. Then he will stop chasing you. He doesn't have a lot of hitpoints so the fight is easy once you get the bomb mechanic

If you're a healer and he puts the chain on you, you can run through him to get the chain off, stopping the silence. This is important for higher m+ keys.

Strange that still no one mention it:
When you enter the area in Horde group, he execute Chopper Redhook(version for Alliance) in front of your group.

Overview – Sergeant Bainbridge fixates on a random enemy and attempts to catch them with his [Hangman's Noose]. The longer Bainbridge chases enemies, the faster he gets with [Boiling Rage].
As the fight progresses, Kul Tiran forces engage the party while the area is bombarded by a continual [Cannon Barrage].
[Heavy Ordnance] appears during the barrage, and unless it is detonated before time expires it will explode and damage the party.
- Damage Dealers –
  Kill Kul Tiran forces.
  When the target of [Iron Gaze], run away.
- Healers –
  Kul Tiran Marskmen inflict damage to everyone in the party.
  If [Heavy Ordnance] explodes it does massive damage to the party.
  When the target of [Iron Gaze], run away.
- Tanks –
  Avoid being in melee range with Sergeant Bainbridge due to [Heavy Hitter].
  Face Kul Tiran Vanguard's [Heavy Slash] away from the party.
  Run over [Heavy Ordnance] to prevent them from damaging the party.
Heavy Hitter – A powerhouse whose movement speed is reduced by 75%. Additionally, his melee attacks cause knockback.
Iron Gaze – Turns all his anger towards one enemy and fixates on them.
- Boiling Rage – Increases his movement speed by 5% every 2 sec.
  Leading the boss over Heavy Ordinance removes this buff for a short time.
Hangman's Noose – Hurls a rope at the current target, preventing them from using spells or abilities and inflicts 477 Physical damage every 0.3 sec while pulling them towards the boss.
- Steel Tempest – Smashes the ground, inflicting 12185 Physical damage and knocking back enemies within 10 yards and 3946 Physical damage to everyone.
Cannon Barrage – Cannons barrage the area inflicting 8549 Arcane damage to everyone within the area, and knocking them back.
- Heavy Ordnance – Heavy Ordnance Inflicts 8549 Arcane damage to all nearby enemies on impact and knocks them back.
  Walking over this ordnance detonates it, inflicting 18 Arcane damage to the target and knocking them back.
  Leading the boss into these bombs inflicts 35 Arcane damage and stuns him for 6 sec.
  If the ordnance is not detonated before its time expires, it explodes and inflicts 37 Arcane damage to the party.
Kul Tiran Vanguard – A bruiser with a heavy melee attack.
- Heavy Slash – A cresting wave of destruction surges over enemies in a line in front of the caster, dealing 7891 Physical damage and stunning them for 4 sec.
Kul Tiran Marksman – An marksman capable of inflicting damage to the party.
- Molten Slug – Shoots at a random enemy, inflicting 2971 Fire damage.

Heroic and Mythic Difficulty Only

Siege of Boralus is not available in Normal difficulty.
