Overview – Avoid suffering heavy damage from Raal's [Tenderize] and prevent the Wasting Servants from reaching Raal to prevent [Consume Servant].
- Healers –
  Any players hit by [Tenderize] will take a large spike in damage.
  Avoid [Rotten Expulsion], both when cast and the patches left behind.
- Tanks –
  Dodge [Tenderize] as much as possible.
  Avoid [Rotten Expulsion], both when cast and the patches left behind.
  Slow down and eliminate Wasting Servants summoned by [Call Servant].
- Damage Dealers –
  Dodge [Tenderize] as much as possible.
  Avoid [Rotten Expulsion], both if it is cast in your direction and what is left over on the ground.
  Slow down and eliminate Wasting Servants summoned by [Call Servant].
Consume All – If no players are within melee range, Raal the Gluttonous consumes everybody, inflicting 453417 Shadow damage to all players.
Tenderize – Raal smashes the ground, inflicting 494636 Physical damage to players in a cone in front of him.
Raal the Gluttonous casts [Tenderize] three times in succession, followed by casting [Call Servant].
Call Servant – Raal calls in Wasting Servants that walk towards him. A Servant reaching Raal causes him to consume the Servant.
- Well-Fed – Raal consumes the nearby Wasting Servant, increasing all damage done by 5%.
  
  This effect stacks.
- Gluttonous Bile – Raal releases Gluttonous Bile after consuming a Wasting Servant, inflicting 57708 Nature damage every 1 sec for 8 sec to all players.
  This effect stacks.
Rotten Expulsion – Raal the Gluttonous expels a wave of rancid food, inflicting 19 Nature damage at each impact. Each expulsion remains at the impact point, inflicting 8 Nature damage every 1 sec and reducing movement speed by 60%.

  - Bile Explosion – Upon death, the caster explodes, inflicting 247318 Nature damage to players within 4 yards.
