Nightborne Allied Race Hair Color and Tattoo Updates on 7.3.5 PTR
The Nightborne Allied Race has received more visual updates in recent PTR builds. The Allied Race has a greater variety of hairstyle colors, and the glowing effects from the tattoos more closely resemble that of the NPC Nightborne.

Mythic+ Combat Resurrection Change on the 7.3.5 PTR
In an
interview with Forbes
two months ago, Morgan Day announced they were looking at how combat resurrections function in Mythic+ Dungeons. Now on the 7.3.5 PTR, combat resurrections are a shared resource in Mythic+ Dungeons.
Update: This has now changed to a 10 minute charge timer in
Build 25744.

Allied Race Character Creation Screen Requirements
While Allied Races cannot be created on the 7.3.5 PTR, there's been a ton of datamining pointing to this feature being far along in development--

We dug a bit more into the
Interface/GlueXML/CharacterCreate.lua
file to see if code was present for creating an Allied Race on the character screen, and if so, what was the logic used to determine who was eligible to make an Allied Race.

Highmountain Tauren Allied Race Tattoo Customization Options
The Highmountain Tauren Allied Race received tattoo customization options in 7.3.5 PTR Build 25678. Both Male and Female Highmountain Tauren now have a variety of tattoo styles and colors!

7.3.5 PTR - New Faction Specific Silithus Questline
A new questline is available on the 7.3.5 PTR which has some differences for Alliance and Horde characters. This questline takes you to Silithus and continues the current story and how it leads into the next expansion, Battle for Azeroth.
There are two different quest chains involving major Lore NPCs. Some of the quests overlap between factions, but there are some faction-specific quests which ask to harm the operations of the opposing faction.

Leveling Changes on the 7.3.5 PTR - Experience, Heirlooms, Mob Health Pools, Flying
As previously announced during BlizzCon 2017, patch 7.3.5 will bring the same technology used for the Legion zones for all old world zones. In order to accomplish that, zones and dungeons received scaling levels, as we previewed in our
Zone and Dungeon scaling Levels
post. So today we will focus on the other aspects that Blizzard is introducing together with that technology, features that will likely change leveling completely from what we have today, such as changes to experience, heirlooms, flying, and mob health.
