Gotta be honest, I'd play Horde if only trolls would have some normal boots
Would love to play Necrolord for the transmog, but their covenant ability is absolute ass for my class
Heresy! Who would voluntarily wear tiny feet prisons? Eeww, just the thought of it sickening.
I want to, but will not make a Zandalari Troll Pally because of the no boot transmog. A paladin, all decked out in plate, all sword and board, shouldn't have their feet exposed. It looks so dumb to me.
The mesh of the collection is designed like this. It's not a texture covering the geoset, it's a 3D element on a collection. There's a similar case on the Paladin T20, you'll see that it covers the feet of the zandalaris but without the feet textures under it.
About time to cover the feet already. Even the Two-Toed Boots, you know, boots meant for trolls, is a crappy ankle warmer. And yet, all non-troll races use it as a common boot.
I never play trolls because I hate their models and voices, but this has always been a hilarious complaint. I totally get it from an aesthetic or RP perspective, it's just a funny thing to read about. Most complaints about the game get really serious and break down into finger-pointing at Blizzard or arguments about what is and isn't a bug, and here we have random foot armor coverings!E: A lot of recent wowhead articles are just reddit reposts.
Not the first boots though, but rare indeed.
Horde druids still can't wear shoes. Venthyr boots covered Troll feet for a while, but then they changed it. Just terrible.
I just noticed that my drainei's feet are covered. Could swear they were not an hour ago. I did'n change a thing. I got boots from Heroic Warfront yesterday.
have you seen them on Vulpera? your welcome.
I hate wearing anything but flip flops in real life and if I could go barefoot all the time I would, why would i want to put foot prisons on my toon?
Let those ground sausages BREATHE! Trolls wearing shoes are as wrong as hobbits wearing them.
AFAIK one or two of the warfront/pvp sets do this too. The sets featured "toe spikes" so they covered feed for most or all races. These look similar with the big point there at the end.
FINALLY some shoes ! Now please do the same for draenei and their horse's hoof...We want feet !
I love horde, the reason I feel limited in choice is because I also hate the barefoot look. Wish horde got a single druid class with proper boots/shoes.
Glad to see that I'm not the only person out there who doesn't play any trolls simply because of the no armor and foot thing. Even the Tauren in the last couple of expansions have been getting some hoof protection. Would totally play a Zandalari troll, all armors look real epic on them.Team OCD Tmog ftw!
the best feature in Shadowlands is target fps plus dynamic spell density. Boots on trolls is the second best.
Would also love this on Tauren characters.
