Now hopefully they're account wide...
+1
I'm all for some progression, but as long as it doesn't overshadow the point of Torghast. It makes sense for the Maw, but Torghast, they need to be careful not to make that place trivial and faceroll due to the upgrades. The most fun part of the Visions of Stormwind/Orgrimmar was when you were having a hard time completing it. With full upgrades, you could clear the whole things with full sanity without using a single orb. And it became bland and boring. If they aren't careful, they could repeat that mistake.
god this tower and zone are boring
Great, so we get rewards from doing a boring zone but no actual attempt at making the zones fun. This isn't what we asked for blizz :/
Agreed big time , it’s fun going in and the enemies are tough so you have to think differently on how you want to smash crap . The casters in their nuke you and skeleton guys explode with stacking rebuffs . Once you climb the tower a bit , it gets to be pretty cool with how much danger is running around . They did well with this stuff so far.
Dunno about these changes ... if adding "permanent upgrades" mean we cant do thorgast / maw without em (like in nzoth vision which require lots of upgrades to be playable...than no thx
Sole broker or soul broker?
It’s adding to the selection of stuff inside torghast which is nice . Sometimes you’ll really dig having a common one which is usually stackable like versatility or haste . Some of the ghouls in their drain your resource for your character like the caster enemies .
Wait, so Chaotic Riftstones were nerfed? I could use them siince my character arrived to The Maw on the covenent quests
Thank god.But a speed boost in the Maw would be nice.
Meta progression in roguelikes is dope. I hope it pans out and feels as good as Hades does. :) I'm cautiously optimistic.
Would be super cool if these were account bound! (hint hint...)
If this was account-wide, the meta would be to have 12 alts each getting the Stygia to buy one item. And saving all Stygia for Conduit upgrades on your main.Sound better, right?
