Give us PvP & Mythic mode for Warfronts please :)
Sadly that's what a good brainwashing does. Not quite mind control, because they can still think, but not quite 100% free will either. No-one ever said all forsaken are reanimated equally, and the ultimate attack of Dark Rangers in WC3? Charm.Wouldn't put it past Sylvie to reanimate enough free willed forsaken that she'd have plausible deniability on the brainwashed ones forced to serve. The Val'kyr have already demonstrated the ability to mentally dominate people, not too much of a stretch to believe they've twisted the minds of Sira and Delaryn.
I'm more curious about the rares rewards! Pets? Toys?
Who really cares at this point? They story is so bloody stupid it's completely unenjoyable unless you're a die hard and biased forsaken fanboy.
I like the one hunter on the 4th picture. Already emulating what it's like to go AFK.In all seriousness though. I dig the approach. In Arathi we restore a keep and strike from there. In Darkshore the dynamic is different, as you are attacking from the shore, and won't have time to stop to make proper fortifications,as it would halt momentum in a already, story-wise anyway, daring assault. It's cool to see how different the two settings are... But god damn, those goblin mechs. The elves use primitive glaive throwers, while the Horde is straight up being all Starcraft like. Seems visually unbalanced.
Did you ever dream of facing a on a barge in front of a because the suddenly more than any of the living beings that killed and burned everything said had vowed to protect, and would rather than seek vengeance?Battle for Darkshore - where racial identity goes to die (and later appropriated through reanimation as a blindly loyal follower of Sylvanas)!
Doesn't look too different from construct three demolisher, push to win; but the new "altar of storms" with these role buffs is pretty great. Would definitely help something that seems to lack every other group in Arathi.Archdruid is Elemental, but the Chimera isn't exactly the Battle Kodo. Does look a bit more offensive, though Chimera's Cry is probably a haste increase.Hopefully instead of demos... maybe in a warfront we have to protect sappers as they run to blow up defense; or maybe do an aerial bombardment. I know the final two objectives will always be "blow up thing before boss" and "beat boss", but they can be mechanically different.I can wait to play it, but I do want to play it.
Well, at LEAST they respected the way Night Elves gathered wood in Warcraft 3 (Via Whisps, not destroying the trees)
I feel like Alliance has a shot at winning this one, fairly that is, so remote and the terrain is odd which Horde never seems to be able to gel with really...Plus I don't know how much they care about such a remote location, it's like the exact zone/environment they would avoid and why it was only available to players rolling Alliance there..Sira Moonwarden is just another in the Sylvannas thing, the obsession with trying to make Alliance characters Horde and also having Alliance destroy each other internally. Instead it always backfires and the Horde is just being annihilated, honestly WoW used to be like a game you had to play but the devs were like hey lets give complete control of the Horde to the Alliance, because they so aren't alliance since we tinted them. Alliance 2341023401234Horde 0And tomorrow that last number will be a 5. Honestly no ones done more damage to the Horde than the WoW dev team from like 2005-nowish, and the hits just keep coming. As someone who likes the Alliance, I'm going to go off and do basically anything I please and enjoy it immensely because there is absolutely no concern or threat whatsoever and won't be for the foreseeable future.
Of course, none of this considers the biggest gaffe which is that the Burning Legion was never defeated during the events of... Legion. It really boils down to this, the alliance just hasn't basically been a part of WoW in any meaningful sense, it's been entirely the story of the Horde and the Burning Legion. And from the alliance PoV there really kinda just ok, they don't like the Horde of TBL, but the enemy of the enemy and all that...It really boils down to people can imagine or fantasize about whatever they want, but none of it will actually happen unless the video game itself can support it. And the video game as constructed during Legion wasn't able to achieve the game lore that the devs wanted, so now they're just plowing ahead as if it's all fine and will fit together when it won't. That's also why a lot was shifted to Camelot Unchained since WoW doesn't really represent anything at this point other than futile wishes of a very obscure minority of the fanboy culture. Anyway it might be best for wowhead to start covering some other games while this mess gets sorted out, there's no shortage of good ones. TESO might be a good start.
