My favorite place in WoW, since level 60, has been Alterac Valley. I've spent close to my entire WoW experience in that BG. It's like my digital home.
Loch Modan. I always loved the Dam there, I hated that it got destroyed in Cata. It was always pleasant to look at, and its really the first place you are thrust into the search for the history of Azeroth. I loved the Digsites, and it increased my thrist for the lore of the world even more then it did from my plays through the RTS series...

My favorite place in WoW currently has to be Vashj'ir, specifically the Abyssal Depths and East-South-East of L'Ghorek. The colors and design of the seaweed and other aquatic life is visually stunning!
I've always really loved the many lands of the blood elves. The autumnal feel to the trees/landscape is eerily beautiful. Even the mostly dead area has a great look to it (odd I know) lol :)
I love standing in Hellfire.....the sky is so beautiful.
My current favorite place is hanging out in front of the fountain in Dal. I can still see trade chat (just in case), I can get to Org quickly, and I can spend my extra time (usually queue time) trying to fish up the last of the coins I need for the achievements.
Nagrand, just take one look up at the skies and the plains around you <3
I like hanging out near the bank in Valley of the Spirits. Makes me easy to find.
think its teldrassil, peaceful, and still got an epic memory of the first time i logged into wow
Outside of Karazahn. Such an awesome feel to it.
I like Dragonblight in Northrend, because it reminds me of home (Alaska) and I love Dragons. It's also is a location where a lot of interesting story line develops.
Netherstorm, it was so awesome when you first saw it!
Standing on top of Illidan's body looking over Black Temple. This is the best spot because It is where I felt the most accomplishment when I downed a boss. Back in BC when raids were simi hard.
My favorite place would have to be Stormwind, all the trades ive made and trolls ive seen, pretty good time :D
All of the Old Kingdom. Brings me back to my very first days of playing, wandering around in awe of the digital awesomeness that surrounded me.
