My favorite holiday is Brewfest. It's the start of the holiday season, when brewfest starts you know the fun stuff is coming, starting with direbrew and all the fun quests for Brewfest. Wolpertingers, Pink Eleks oh my! Come on who doesn't like ram racing and smashing empty mugs of beer on dark iron dwarves, and how about the first time you got "drunk" in wow and your screen turned so blurry you couldn't see. How can you forget that! And with that you know Hallow's End is Coming, followed by Winter's Veil, It's a great time of year and it all starts with Brewfest! Happy Holidays Everyone! - Cheers!
Of course its the Hallow's End cause Where else can you find a knight who has no head flying on a magic horse that yells at you in rhymes and puts things on fire?
Definitely brewfest, due to the massive amount of beer consumed, and the fantastic Dwarven soundtrack in Dun Morogh!
Favorite? that's a hard choice , i love Brewfest , Winter's Veil and Hallow's End but im gonna choose the most memorable one for meMy favorite holiday is the Mid Summer Fire Festival because it was one week after i started playing WoW, i was so amazed by the idea of a "WoW holiday" and enjoyed Honoring /Extinguishing the flames but couldn't really do it because my main was lvl 37 (just looked through my screeshot ) so couldn't travel all over Azeroth like now with the flying , and horde flames were untouchable , one shot im down :(Anyway so i decided to do it when im at max lvl , so after one year at lvl 85 , i did it , it was a lot of fun.In my opinion best part of Holidays is being with friends and enjoying the time the together so im happy that i waited , because this year i Was accompanied with two of my friends during this occasion who did the achievements with me , it was unforgettable!Last but not least i love the atmosphere of holidays and how much work they've been put into and sorry for my English, its my 2nd language :)
Hallow's End - 'cause those grinning carved pumpkins are awesome :)..and I absolutely love flying brooms - instant flying mount without that annoying flapping wings blocking my vision (like drakes have).I would do ANYTHING to have one of those permanently ;))
Mine has to be Hallow's End, I love it because of the plate helm we get every year (with me being a warrior, I love to add the laugh into a macro with my charge so I can always have a evil chuckle to myself when I charge down my opponent)
Orphan's week!Orphan's week is my favorite holiday for two reasons:1. Bringing your orphans around to various parts of the world is a fun non-arbitrary reason to see all the great zones that new players may have missed while leveling.. and old players may just miss.2. Sleepy Willy, #1 mini-beholder of all time, zapping critters because he's just THAT great.
Hallow's End is the one i love. where else do you get a chance to make other players look different, throw pumpkins at other players, get candy and other stuff. Hallow's End brings back all those memories from my childhood that we all can relate to as being the only time during the year that we could get away with being mischiervous and getting away with it. Hallows End is the only one here that come close to bringing you back to being a child again. I love to see everyone running around with the custome's on and everyone trying their hardest to get the reins of the headless horsemens mount that we all want really badly but almost impossable to obtain.
Winter veil. I love opening presents and riding on reindeer mounts :)
Brewfest used to be my favorite. I leveled my Paladin with stacks of beer in the bags and whenever I paused for a few moments in a dungeon I made sure I was properly smashed before pulling the next group of mobs. I was lucky enough to win myself a Brewfest ram in WotLK that servers as her de facto mount, but that silly Kodo still eludes her...The feast of Winter Veil currently just rocks my socks off. Seeing dancing snowmen everywhere just makes me giggle.
Winter veil because it reminds me of Christmas which is my favorite holiday in real life
I love Hallow's End because it gives Blood Elf women an excuse to dress up like the dirty, dirty girls they are...just like real life!
Brewfest, because the keg delivery daily is one of the few places in the game where there's no real cap on how well you do/how much you get out of it, so you just want to do better and better every day.
My favorite holiday in World of Warcraft is Brewfest! I like when is songs in the background and people are laughing and, the best part is that Pandaren is a Brewmaster and I have always loved pandas in wow, I used to play them alot in WC3 and got shocked but happy when I saw that Mists of Pandaria was the next expansion. Cheers!
Love is in the Air always holds a special place for me because I came back from a year hiatus lasting from late Vanilla to mid TBC right when that event kicked off and I loved running around completing all the activities related to it. Before reactivating my account, I remember looking at screenshots from the game and realized how much I missed the game. Longing to play the game again, Love was indeed in the air.
