Definitely when I got my Dragonstalker's Legguards off of Ragnaros back in Vanilla. The glory days of raiding.
I was running a tank for my guild at the time and WotLK was just about to come out... we hadn't downed Ilidan yet... and the next patch was to make it easier... and the next patch was coming the following Tuesday... we had been struggling for over a month... we got up to the top... and then, somehow, just one shotted Illidan... it was sweet and the shield dropped and it was marvelous.... great night that was indeed!
Grinding out the full BC dungeon set on my main before I started raiding, back when dungeons were hard. I've always felt it was a nice balance of gear upgrade to personal effort and therefore very satisfying. In raids personal effort and skill are outweighed by the mercy of the other 9-24 people and in pvp its always about the RNG of what you que into.

My favorite memory in WoW didn't come from boss kills or achievements, it came from the bits inbetween. I was in a very fun raiding guild in which I became close friends with most of the members. One night in ICC we were fooling around while getting ready and a bunch of us stripped naked and were dancing and joking about running ICC naked. Well the next thing we know someone has accidentally pulled and we ARE running ICC naked. We survived most of the first room that day, and I still giggle when I think about it.
My favourite memory was when I finally defeated Arthas with my guild. After a lot of tries we killed him. I took some "photos" as fast as I could with Arthas' dead body.
My favorite moment was when I finally learned Apprentice Riding Skill and bought my first Ram at level 42 (I didn't have the gold to buy it at 40, and I had to cut buying some skills from trainer to get it).Good times.
My favorite memory is probably coming back and beating Ragnaros at 2am for the first time (server first) after the server had previously crashed on us when we got him down to 3%. When it all came back up, all the trash was back and Majordomo needed to be killed again. We cleared the entire dungeon out again, downed Domo for no loot and then marched back to Ragnaros and finally put the hurt on him and took him down for the first time. It was an epic night. They don't make them like that anymore.
My best memory is from Naxx 10 man back in Wrath. Me and my brother decieded to form our own pug, requiring that you didn't have the achievement. We explained the tactics for everyone at each boss and lead our group through the entire raid without a single wipe. That was truly awesome :)
Ah, October 28 2010. After five long months of hard work and failure downing heroic Lich King 25, we could sense that we were close to a kill. We had some trouble getting used to the changes that had come with patch 4.0.1, but for each attempt we got a little closer and finally, a couple of hours in, everything clicked. Those last few percent, I..don't think I've ever been more nervous. We were about to kill the boss, the antagonist of the expansion, in the toughest of modes: 25HC. Five months of progress on one single boss, five months which came down to this very moment. From 20% to 10% felt like an eternity and I don't think any us have ever worked so hard not only to dps the boss, but to help everyone survive and if needed, even sacrificing themselves during the very last vile spirits, to ease pressure. Finally we reached 10% and we could see the "Fury of Frostmourne" cast bar. The following nerdscreams of happiness were so loud, I had to turn the volume way down haha. Everyone was thrilled to say the least, we were finally done. It was a true team effort and everyone deserved it just as much. The officers actually rewarded me with Bloodsurge that night, but although I did accept it, it didn't feel right. Everyone in the guild who had been progressing on this boss equally deserved their weapons and mount. It's a shame that wasn't an option.Killing heroic Lich King 25 was no doubt the peak of my raiding 'career' and it was a great feeling to be there for my guild that night, finally downing him with the best guys I've ever played with.
My favorite memory was when i completed Karazhan for the first time. IT was on my first toon, in my first guild. It was also the first raid I had ever experienced.
Blackfathom DeepsHunter + Mage 18lvl'sWith my friend we spend all day to kill Aku'maiThat was realy epic jorney. Will never forget it
My favorite memory of WoW is the day i got Insane in the Membrane. By far the hardest thing i have done in-game it took 9 months of grinding and 150K gold but it was all worth it. "That's THE INSANE to you n00b"
My happiest moment in WoW has to be when...... We were doing VoA 10m in late WotLK...... We downed Toravon and Koralon...... I asked if we could do Archavon just in case the mount dropped...... our raid leader says "No way the mount gonna drop..... I'm gonna leave..... but you can go waste your time on him."...... The raid leader promoted me to leader....... the other 8 guys stayed with me........ We killed Archavon..... and lo and behold! the Grand Black War Mammoth dropped!..... I rolled an 87 and won!..... I got the mount, and then I and the rest of the raid got to rub it into the former raid leader's face that he hadn't stayed.........That was the happiest moment of my WoW life.
That's a tooo difficult question for me... WoW has some amazing memories in my mind.. I am pet collector, farming them all by myself, so the moments when a SO MUCH coveted dragonling drops at last, are amazing..But one of the most impressing memories in WoW was my guild's first birthday party.. It was not just themed clothes, drinking wine and shooting fireworks..There were some amazing tasks, involving guessing the right location, travelling there, racing in water or fishing fish.. It was an amazing party! And the after-party.. :D Mmm.. some great striptease for the boys of our guild :))
