Wandering Ancient Mount Delivery Delay - May Not Be Available Right At Patch 9.0.5 Launch

We are expecting a delay with the delivery of the Wandering Ancient mount to all accounts with Shadowlands expansion activated. All eligible accounts should receive this unique mount over the next few days – thank you in advance for your patience and understanding, travellers!

The Wandering Ancient mount is being granted procedurally to all players who have purchased Shadowlands on their account. The process is taking some time to work through them all.

But didn't Blizzard's stance on thing used to be "We'll release it when it's ready" for patches/ game releases? Oh how far they've fallen in quality. (And for those of you thinking about running to Blizz's rescue, W3 Reforged (just a mess) and Shadlowands launch (delayed for end-game tuning that never materialized, and then had a chokepoint in the quest line that Blizz blamed on the players for *playing how they've played always*) are glaring at this point)
