Concepts always look cooler than finished products because they draw them with poses, stances and body ratios not possible in game. I think they look awesome, but as with the recent progenitor sets in game vs their concept art, I know they'll look very different as 3D models. Can't wait to see them then. Certainly my favourite looking sets of recent times, everyone loves a dragon.
Eh, not that impressed. No class identity.
Themed tier sets was one thing, class and tier themed sets are another on top of it. Let's hope they have some really thematic bonuses similar to what we saw in Firelands and a fair amount of what we've seen in Sepulcher of the First Ones, that combination has always been good.
Can't wait for wowhead to post them without any effect like they did with the war set this patch.
It's nice concept art, sadly the way designs are implemented is usually a lot flatter looking which makes these heavily themed sets all blur into one. It would be great to see class themed sets like we had in Legion again, that look like an adventurer would actually wear! I'm still grinding Legion raids for different kits because they all looked awesome across the board, haven't been bothered with anything from BFA onwards
Alot of copy/paste models from this last tier.
is mail armor about to get some good ^&*! finally?
Ok my matching of classes from left to right.Rogue. - Darkest and Shadiest one with a hoodDruid - it has Fur, feathers and also skirtPriest - most peaceful among cloth looking armourMonk - it looks like a Ninja but with some spheres.Paladin - most peaceful among plate looking armour.Warrior - most earthly armour set.Deathknight - most vicious from plate armour set.Mage - not look evil but powerful, and a skirt.Warlock - looks evil and a skirtDemonHunter - it has fiery shoulders and Horns.Hunter - it has animal features on shoulders.Shaman - peaceful and water look, and not cloth set.Evoker - cause it looks like a dragon.Rogue and Monk can swap. Also priest and Shaman can also swap.
These are def a huuuuge progress. The look of these designs are way better than all of shadowland raid sets and by the look of them in these pictures i know they will also look freaking cool in the game. Can't wait to get them. Good job!
5th to last and last head piece, and 3rd to last shoulders - oh my <3
These look great, hopefully they'll keep the colors for each class/dragonflight. But I wonder how they'll approach raid difficulty differences if each class is themed around a dragonflight.
These are looking sick!
Why does paladin always have to be golden, or mage some blue / purple tent, or warrior brown / red. They really need to change some things up with coloration and designs. Throw some crazy ideas.
I believe a class specific tier set should represent the class wearer. Players should be able to look at a set and say "That is a priest set." or when I see someone in Orgrimmar wearing a tier set I should know right off what class that is.
