That's some time left... Well, as long as it makes expansion good.Going to guess that novel will be from PoV of Alextrasza.
To be honest, I was hoping to come out of Shadowlands with a post-Cata world revamp. I say give them 2 more years and update ALL the old world zones (up through WotLK, including Outlands) to modern higher definition zones, like what we are getting in Dragonflight. In fact, I’d love for them to redesign the old zones from the ground up and make them larger so that mountains look and feel like mountains. BFA mountains were beautiful. With Wow still being a “contender” in the MMO market, they need to reinvent themselves. The classic WoW series has already recreated or preserved the old zones through BC. With the release of Wrath classic, the old zones in Northrend will have been preserved. Now would be as good of a time as any to start a revamp. Activision Blizzard made $8.8 Billion in 2021. Surely they could spare enough money to create a 10-20 man team whose only job is to go through each and every zone and revamp them with a graphical facelift. It’s time to see a post Legion/BFA world with new stories and rebuilt zones. Let them take 2 years, roll it into Dragonflight and add in player housing, and this game would be well positioned to suck another decade out of a good 5 million of us easily… maybe even more.
still can't figure out how to put the story that comes in the novel into the game as content huh...
Some delusional people in here. They NEED a good expansion. They can't afford not to work on it as long as possible for them.
well, yet another pre-expansion book, time to get hyped for another round of retcons/changes to force in Danuser's versions of things and his story as well as to see what stuff they put in the book and never mention in-game, you know, the usual from these books.
Just put it in the !@#$ game.Quit putting all of the story in some 30$ book that doesn't even get the lore right anyway.
