It's amusing how people are all shocked and outraged... did you guys even notice how much more damage the weapons do in 9.1 than 9.0? All this is, is a readjustment to previous numbers.

The question is, how is this fair to those who still haven't stepped foot in NW because they were on vacation the first 10 days Vs. those who face rolled 18 and 19+ in the first 2 weeks!Stop changing crap mid season, and if you wanna make it fair reset everyone's NW score.
Third boss will be a literal wall with these changes. On a tyranical week I would always suggest double spearing it just to guarentee the kill before the fight becomes too long. I tried this on wednesday in a 19 and it barely did 70% of the bosses health in damage, we lacked dps in some other places but ultimately wiped. I propose that to compensate, that boss needs to get massively nerfed. Firstly you have to kill the boss before he there are more than one add alive. The first add can easily be cleaved down but what about when you have a second phase and another add spawns? You dont really have enough cooldowns left at this point to kill another add so it ultimately becomes a massive dps check or the tanks going to get %^&*ed. I propose that only one add is ever alive at one time and no more add spawns until the add dies. So this way you will always have an alive so theres never any downtime, you have no need to focus the add and the fight is lot easier on the tank
They were definitely broken in s2. Plus with all the nerfs, it balances out. Im fine with this.

Realistically what they should've done is just made the tools unable to crit. It would make the tools less abusable by push groups and make it not be necessary to bring a shaman or a rogue to the dungeon to cheese the mechanic.This would've taken a tiny bit more effort and thought though and it's blizzard so they went with the flat reduction route instead...
By far the most difficult dungeon on Tyrannical now. Easily doubled timed before nerf, can't find a group to cleanly kill first boss after nerf. The entire dungeon is scaled around the weapons...the bosses have more health to compensate >.>...maybe a 10% nerf would make sense, but 50% seems like a shadow nerf intended to prevent KSM (which I already got for Season 2, but now my friends are in for a far rougher ride...since you already know more nerfs are coming for other dungeons).
Really Blizzard decides to make changes an not tell the player base about them, what a f***ing shocker.
You guys missed a HUGE part of this story, the weapons CANT crit.
