Maybe fix the spikes clipping people before you make this boss even harder.
Really depends how many times the balls come out during the intermission, if it is only once, most mythic guilds have a few ways to port over them, so they would almost be a non factor.

For some sort of reason, the other day I was wondering how this boss would develop in mythic. I was actually questioning whether the developers had decided to add the spike balls during the intermission to make it harder, which would make sense. And now all of the sudden, it wasn't thoughout out first and now they've decided to add such difficulty onto the encounter.
Calling it now, 2 day wall boss
