Right after I scrap T_T still an awesome change!
The problem never really was the Soul Ashes, Cinders or Cosmic Flux, but the resources needed to craft a blank legendary. Make it so that you can somehow craft a rank 4 without the need to craft a bunch of lower ranks before, and your problem is solved. I'm not saying to make it trivial, but make it require less resources for the crafters.

Amazing change. Was getting about 2k cinders per hour before the change, so should be around 6k per hour now.Now, the biggest bottleneck to crafting a 291 by far? Gold.
The classic 'wait 3-4 weeks and then hotfix the things people just spent 10 hours farming' strategy. Good job Blizzard.

All we need now is the stupid price for base items to be massively nerfed. I don't need cinders etc if I can't afford base items.
Can someone explain to me why Blizzard didn't just make it so that any new legendary crafted in 9.2 only requires Cosmic Flux?What's the point of introducing a currency that can be earned from any activity (so Torghast no longer is a hard requirement for crafting legendaries) if these legacy currencies are still required (so Torghast is a requirement for new or returning players after all)?Did the developers assume that everyone has a rank 6 legendary baseline? (upgrading from rank 6 to 7 only requires Flux, but creating a new legendary from scratch still needs the Soul stuff)
oh nice, getting 13 per companion mission, i didn't think I'd get a legendary this expansion
Crafting is something you probably should have been working on throughout the expansion. What people are trying to do now is like picking up a new profession and power leveling it from 1> max for every category in a single day. Of course that's going to be more intense than if you worked on leveling up your crafting over time.
