So they lied. Not happy with this.
Bad call Blizzard; if you're looking to have the already paltry raid numbers drop even further keep reducing the rewards and the avenues that your players can achieve them. Was really looking forward to season 4 and trying it out and now I won't even bother. Really wish I could suspend my subscription until Dragonflight and just write Shadowlands off.
Oh well, time to gear up. What's the item level recommended for normal fated raids?
This feels like a bit of an L. If you can get it from Normal then LFR raiders should be able to get it. A lot of LFR raiders could pass in normal raids but simply don't have the connections or feel socially anxious to join pugs. That's alienating a portion of players for no real reason. It is not an AotC mount, it's a mount to "celebrate" a system really. Shouldn't be locked behind a persons ability to find a pug or guild.
This is pretty good. Nobody deserves a mount for being AFK in LFR.
I finally got excited for something in this expansion and they had to go and ruin it.
What a terrible idea.
Well, expect Fated LFR queues to be long now, and no decent players to join. Nearly all incentive removed.Friendship Moose was started to carry people through one boss in one raid. Apple, meet orange.
then LFR shouldn't count toward the achievements...Either treat it as another tier of difficulty like the rest or treat it as a dungeon level ilvl. Punishing casuals is pretty stupid especially in an era where the raiding community is toxic af.
I kinda see the point though. Honestly I think the only way to get in game " communities," again is to force people to talk and play together so yeah locking things behind group content Is one way, and yes there will be massive amounts of toxic behavior but there will probably be a small amount of people who come together and achieve their goals and hopefully that's a start.
