Shadowlands Pre-Patch Build 35944 Class and Spell Changes - Moonkin DoTs Buffed, Death Sweep Dodge Removed

Highlights

Balance Druid Celestial Alignment and Mastery: Total Eclipse nerfed. Eclipse (Lunar) changed from AoE damage increase to crit chance increased.

Guardian Druids receiving a 50% slow passive Infected Wounds and Lunar Beam talent replaced by Tooth and Claw.

Demon Hunters Death Sweep dodge chance removed. The target cap change is a tooltip update.

Mastery: Total Eclipse Solar Eclipse increases Nature spell damage by 11%9%, and Lunar Eclipse increases Arcane spell damage by 11%9%.

A quick beam of solar light burns the enemy for (20% of Spell power) Nature damage and then an additional (87%104.4% of Spell power) Nature damage over 12 sec to the primary target and all enemies within 8 yards

Generates 0 Astral Power.

Soul of the Forest Eclipse increases Wrath's Astral power generation 25%, and increases Starfire's critical strike chance by 15%.area effect damage by 100%.

NEW Mangle and Maul cause an Infected Wound in the target, reducing their movement speed by 50% for 12 sec.

Lunar Beam Summons a beam of lunar light at your location, dealing Arcane damage and healing you for over 8 sec.

Master Shapeshifter Your Feral, Balance or Restoration Affinity is amplified granting an additional effect.
Restoration Affinity
After you Swiftmend, the cast time of your Regrowth is reduced by 30% and its healing is increased by 30% for 8 sec.
Balance Affinity
After you enter Moonkin Form, the cast time of your Solar Wrath, Lunar StrikeWrath, Starfire and Starsurge is reduced by 30% for 10 sec.
Feral Affinity
While in Cat Form, your damage is increased by 25%.

Master Shapeshifter Your Guardian, Balance or Feral Affinity is amplified granting an additional effect.
Guardian Affinity
Chance to be critically hit by melee attacks reduced by 10% while in Bear Form.
Balance Affinity

Holy Nova An explosion of holy light around you deals up to (18% of Spell power) Holy damage to enemies and up to (18% of Spell power) healing to allies within 12 yds, reduced if there are more than 5 targets.

If your Holy Nova deals damage to at least 3 enemies, a second Holy Nova will be cast a moment later at 50% effectiveness at the same location.

Power Word: Radiance A burst of light heals the target and 4 injured allies within 30 yards for (105% of Spell power), and applies Atonement for 60% of its normal duration.

Spirit of Redemption Upon death, you become the Spirit of Redemption for 15 sec. You cannot move, attack, be attacked, or be targeted by any spells or effects, and your healing spells cost no mana. When the effect ends, you die.

Dark Thoughts For each of your Shadow damage over time effects on the target, your Mind Flay and Mind Sear have a 3% chance to trigger a Dark Thought.

Dispersion Voidform's Insanity drain is temporarily reduced by 100% while dispersed.Dispersion also increases movement speed by 75% and makes you immune to all movement impairing effects.

Dispersion Disperse into pure shadow energy, reducing all damage taken by 75% for 6 sec, but you are unable to attack or cast spells.

NEW Your second Void Bolt cast on the same target will deal 1% more damage, cause the target to receive 1% more damage from you for until cancelled, and extend the duration of your Void Form by 1 sec. If your Void Bolt critically hits, your Void Form is extended by 1 sec.

NEW Mangle and Maul cause an Infected Wound in the target, reducing their movement speed by 50% for 12 sec.

Infinite Void A sphere of collapsing reality inflicts 2484 Shadow damage every 1 sec to enemies within it. This effect stacks.

NEW Voidform no longer has a duration, but your Insanity will drain increasingly fast until it reaches 0, causing Voidform to end.
While in Voidform, you gain 1% haste every 2 sec and your Void Bolt will also refresh the duration of your Devouring Plague on the target.

Raptor Strike A vicious slash dealing (70%100% of Attack power) Physical damage.
