good enough to keep current players in the game
OH MY GOD YES!
Blizzard woke up and was like "ok how do we stop the bleeding today?"
This honestly is one of the things that one wowhead comment mentioned a few weeks back. Blizzard is going for what they should be going for, easy wins to make people happy. I think a lot of the discontent w/ the game rn is from these weird limiting systems, and these changes will probably make it so that people are content enough to play until we get major content releases for 9.2.
This is shaping up to be the "fanservice" patch. Numbers certainly dropped way too fast for them to be doing us so many favors, so quickly. On the bright side, hey! Maybe this expansion will exit beta before the next one launches! Hoorayyyy....
Agreed. This is not a NFT game. Should not have anything timegated at all.
Nice, now let's hope they don't repeat the same mistakes in 10.0, and I still think there's more stuff they need to address for 9.1.5, but I'm not going to be salty here, at least they are making good changes.
We found the new Twitter posts!
Blizz put old raid cosmetics into the Torghast random reward pool
yay, let’s praise them for repeating the cycle of releasing content with all the issues beta players warned them about, only to finally listen to beta feedback months later! what an unexpected turn of events!
I have to question the author of this.In what way are they teasing a legendary recycling system in 9.1.5 ?If you actually read the response, they clearly state " We don't have any current plans along those lines right now, but it's something that we can look at ".Which literally means, they have not even thought about a system like this yet, but they will talk amongst themselves and think about something they can do.They did not in any way shape or form, tease or announce a recycling system for 9.1.5.The title of this is misleading as hell, it should actually say, " Blizzard was asked about refunding legendary items, they said they will think about it ".
Wow, another implementation that players were asking from right from the beginning. What a great idea, blizz. Grats.Too little too late. I'm enjoying myself more playing other games.
Better late than never I guess.Blizzard the next time you do something like this you need to add it BEFORE you screw up everybody's legendaries.
I'm still going to stay away from the game. This continues to be a part of the bigger issue of them not listening to player feedback until it best benefits them.Stay away until 9.2 or later, where they have a chance to release a PTR, see feedback, and make real change on the no-brainers associated with the core systems that players want.Or.. I dunno, stop introducing &*!@ty systems into the game and make the game be about the content/gameplay itself rather than power-systems.
