Not sure what the point of those changes, because players will still avoid this dungeon as much as possible and those who still run it for whatever reason will still skip those mini bosses because they are so dangerous, have so much HP and contribute so little to forces count...And I bet they still not fixed Tidesage Initiate's to not trigger any on death affixes...And something needs to be done to extreme interrupts requirements in this dungeon, especially on bosses (3 out of 4 bosses require managing interrupts, which is impossible in PuG groups).
As long as there is enough percent in the dungeon to complete it without pulling the minibosses will still be skipped, so this change is not enough to accomplish what they are attempting. Anyone who has done this dungeon above a 10 will know that, but blizzard devs seemingly arent part of that category of players.
So the dungeon that most of the playerbase complains about and says is too tight on time, they decide to increase trash percentage on.....Sometimes I don't understand what devs are thinking.
So they increase the required count by 33, and buff the minibosses by a total of 18? I really hope the raid trinkets outperform Galecaller for rogues. I hate farming this dungeon every season, and these new changes only make it worse.

Well Shrine is going to be less popular with edgy people. Then again, this won't really do much except make people pull more and live with it or can pull less if they just killed the minibosses.
Complete opposite of what was needed really.
And first boss still pulls trash behind him sometimes, out of the blue. But this is detrimental to players and slowing them so no need to be fixed.
I refuse to ever go to this dungeon. Guildies will ask me and I flat out say no. This dungeon needs to be nerfed to the ground for anyone to want to do it. Remove the mini bosses outright and change the second fight to not require the chain interrupt coordination.
You know it's a bad change when the Wowhead author is being snarky about it.

Everyone who thinks these mini bosses are still gonna be skipped haven't read what the beguiling affix does and how some of the emissaries from it force you to pull certain packs. Imagine one of them right on the bridge where you normally skip that elemental before 2nd boss? Yeah...
i farmed this son of a biscuit dungeon for my Shrine set 315 TIMES. on mythic plus YOU ALL GROW A PAIR and do the dungeon. Bunch of babies.
I have no words..... This is so pathetic..... You should lower the count of NPC's and give more extra % for killing them - then you can lower the dungeon timer...... BFA dungeons takes so long besides TD.... 1 dungeon takes almost take like half raid
