Boosters ALREADY had rating in other brackets to continue upgrading gear. IF you hit 2400 and then tanked to 1800 you COULD NOT upgrade gear to 226/233. the moment you drop 31 rating below you lost access to upgrading. ALL this does is screw over people who are not actively playing, or got screwed over by boosters/rng (comp related counters) and got put 30 rating below.

You guys saying this is good, don't realize this has 0 effect on you or anyone who actively is pvping and only screws over the people who don't. This isnt going to fix anything, this isnt going to help anything.Comment by khaldronThis is actually a good change even though it feels bad, this influences more pvp matches and simply makes sense, some people rushes high ranks or gets boosted and never play again. Thats honestly the biggest issue right now.Comment by AvionicI mean all they really had to do was make it so PvP trinkets aren't so viable in PvE. The flat stat bonus procs or on use is always going to be far superior to the roleplay trinkets you find in raids which often add extra unnecessary mechanics.
