On the Offensive Complete the covenant assault achivements listed below.
New criteria:

The Zovaal Shuffle	Hoarders: Torghast Edition	A Sly Fox
Tea is Served	Krrprripripkraak's Heroes

Removed criteria:

Chains of Domination Complete the storylines listed below.

NEW Complete the "Oozing with Character" daily quest, with Bloop, 10 times.

NEW Complete the "Oozing with Character" daily quest, with Ooz, 10 times.

NEW Complete the "Oozing with Character" daily quest, with Plaguey, 10 times.

NEW Make use of fifteen items Fangcrack pulls out of the Portal to Torghast.

NEW Aid each of the following characters during the Night Fae assault quest "Just Don't Ask Me to Spell It".

NEW Serve tea to the following characters during the Venthyr assault on the Tremaculum.

NEW Explore Korthia, revealing the covered areas of the world map.
NEW Defeat all of the Tormentors of Torghast special encounters in The Maw.

It'll go into a spellbook in the general tab under 'Challengers Path' most likely, not a toy or item. Presumably same 8hour cd the old ones have, but CD resets if you completed the challenge mode after using it (Maybe same functionality, if you + the key it'll reset cd allowing you to get to the next one faster?) It'll be interesting to see if more people try it now that there's actual rewards to it. I know I will.
