Mor'geth, Tormentor of the Damned

Overview: Mor'geth, Tormentor of the Damned surrounds himself in [Stygian Fog] that obscures the vision of players outside the zone created by the [Soul Chains] linking the four Soul Cages around him. These Soul cages will march in toward Mor'geth, Torment of the Damned, causing the safe area to change in size.
Damaging [Activated] Soul Cages causes them to release a Loose Soul and return to their home position.

Tanks:
The area enclosed by [Soul Chains] is obscured from the area outside, and vice versa.
Mor'geth, Tormentor of the Damned will stay in the center of the arena and will use [Tortuous Reach] at its tank target if out of melee range.
Mor'geth, Tormentor of the Damned casts [Damnation] when it reaches 100 energy.
Damage Dealers:
The area enclosed by [Soul Chains] is obscured from the area outside, and vice versa.
Mor'geth, Tormentor of the Damned casts [Damnation] when it reaches 100 energy.
Damage any [Activated] Soul Cages to make them return to their starting positions.
Healers:
The area enclosed by [Soul Chains] is obscured from the area outside, and vice versa.

Stygian Fog: Standing in Stygian Fog obscures your vision and inflicts 4124 Shadow damage every 1 sec.
Bring Me an Iron Golem: The caster activates a Soul Cage, causing it to advance to the center of the arena. The Soul Cage continues its advance until is reduced to 1 hp remaining.
Upon reaching 1 hp remaining it will release a Loose Soul and return to its home position.
Cries of Anguish: Cries of Anguish issue forth from the Soul Cages and any Loose Souls, inflicting 16497 Shadow damage to all within 8 yards of their impact.
Torment: The caster strikes the target for 41243 Physical damage and afflicts them with Torment.
Torment increases the damage taken from further Torment attacks by 50% for 30 sec.
Damnation: At 100 energy, Mor'geth harnesses the power of the Maw and slowly turns in place while periodically firing out cones of Shadow energy that inflict 24746 Shadow damage to all enemies caught in the blast.
Loose Soul: Loose Souls are released when a Soul Cage is reduced to 1 hp remaining.

Unleashed Suffering: The Loose Soul unleashes its pent up suffering against a random player, inflicting 4124 Shadow damage.
Unbearable Sorrow: The Loose Soul charges forward in an effort to rid itself of its Unbearable Sorrow. Players caught in the path of the Loose Soul suffer 20 Shadow damage and are knocked back.

The Tarragrue

[PH] The Tarragrue crushes intruders before dissolving once more into the mists of Torghast.

At 10% health remaining, The Jailer removes Anima Powers from all players and sends The Tarragrue into a wild frenzy.

Tanks:
[Crushed Armor] stuns the current target and applies a large Physical damage vulnerability.
There is a gap in [Hungering Mist] that can be used to avoid damage.

Stage One: Confronting the Terror (Normal, Heroic, Mythic)

Chains of Eternity: The Tarragrue focuses spectral chains upon a player. After 8 sec, the chains fly forth and stun the first target struck, inflicting 50 Physical damage and pulling them to their death.

Eternal Ruin: The Tarragrue pulverizes to dust those caught by Chains of Eternity, inflicting 550195 Physical damage and stunning them for 12 sec.

Hungering Mist: The Tarragrue dissolves into the mists of Torghast, forming several images. These images erupt and inflict 110289 Shadow damage to all players within 25 yds.
Remnant of Forgotten Torments: The Jailer calls down the memory of a forgotten Torment, which assaults players until it is absorbed. (Heroic, Mythic)

Remnant: Upper Reaches' Might: The Might of the Upper Reaches increases Physical damage done by the Jailer's forces by 50%. A player may lessen this effect by absorbing some of the Torment. This causes the player to take 10% increased Physical damage for 10 min.
Remnant: Mort'regar's Echoes: Mort'regar's Echoes increase Magic damage done by the Jailer's forces by 50%. A player may lessen this effect by absorbing some of the Torment. This causes the player to take 10% increased Magic damage for 10 min.
Remnant: Soulforge Heat: Soulforge Heat periodically inflicts 13771 Fire damage to all players. A player may lessen this effect by absorbing some of the Torment. This causes the player to take 5 Fire damage every 5 sec for 10 min.

Predator's Howl: The Tarragrue howls, causing an aura of dread to form around players for 21 sec. This causes each target to radiate Unshakeable Dread to other players within 5 yds every 3 sec.

Unshakeable Dread: Causes the target to flee in fear for 8 sec.

Fury of the Ages: Echoing rage fills the caster, increasing damage done by 25% and haste by 25% for 30 sec.
Grasp of Death: The Jailer's grasp tightens around a player, inflicting 13780 Shadow damage every 2 sec for 40 sec.
Overpower: The Tarragrue slams its target, inflicting 110166 Physical damage and stunning it for 4 sec. This strike applies Crushed Armor.

Crushed Armor: Increases Physical damage taken by 200% for 20 sec.

Stage Two: The Desperate Hour (Normal, Heroic, Mythic)

The Jailer's Gaze: At 10% health remaining, The Tarragrue calls out to the Jailer. This removes all Anima Powers from players and grants The Tarragrue an additional 500% damage done until it dies. (Normal, Heroic, Mythic)

[PH] Long ago, Odyn traded his eye to Mueh'zala to glimpse into the Shadowlands, and long since the Jailer has twisted that eye to his own ends, to maintain sight on his sadistic domain of torment.

Overview: The Eye of the Jailer fights players directly on the platform until every 25% of health lost. The Eye of the Jailer then casts Stygian Ejection on two of its Deathseeker Eyes and retreats to fight from a distance. Upon defeat of the ejected Deathseeker Eyes, the Eye of the Jailer returns to the platform to fight once again.

Tanks:
[Deathlink] will damage other people in the raid for the amount of damage you take after mitigation and absorbs.
[Spreading Misery] will always hit the Deathseeker Eye's primary target.
Deathseeker Eyes will cast [Shared Suffering] if brought too close to each other while on the platform.
Damage Dealers:
If Deathseeker Eyes do not die together, the dead one will continuously pulse [Dying Suffering].
[Desolation Beam] will chain to other targets nearby on cast, increasing damage each time.
[Dragging Chains] is less effective when Stygian Abductors try to drag multiple people.

[Hopeless Lethargy] will slow down and damage other players.
Healers:
[Deathlink] will damage other people in the raid for the amount of damage the primary target takes after mitigation and absorbs.
[Slothful Corruption] slows down ranged attack, casting, and movement speeds but does not slow down melee attack speed.
[Immediate Extermination] will eventually make healing impossible in the final stage.

Stage One: His Gaze Upon You

Piercing Lens: The Eye propels a sharp pinpoint of force at a target, inflicting 22033 Physical damage.
Deathlink: The Eye of the Jailer inflicts 80 Physical damage to its current target, and the final damage taken will chain to 9 more players.
Eye Bolt: The Deathseekers flanking the Eye of the Jailer inflict 9915 Shadow damage to random targets.
Stygian Abductors: [PH] The Eye of the Jailer summons Stygian Abductors to drag players off the platform and send their souls screaming into the Maw. (Heroic, Mythic)

Dragging Chains: Chains strike an enemy and all enemies nearby for 0 Shadow damage.
The abductor tries to pull chained players off the platform, being less effective when trying to pull higher numbers of targets, even risking being dragged to the platform if enough players run against the chains.
Assailing Lance: Grounded Stygian Abductors throw their lance at their current target, inflicting 49575 Physical damage and applying a bleed that inflicts 3305 Physical damage every 1.5 sec. for 10 sec.

Hopeless Lethargy: The Eye of the Jailer corrupts a player with dark energy. All players within 8 yds. of the player have their movement speed reduced by 50% and take 22 Shadow damage every 1.5 sec. (Mythic)

Stage Two: Double Vision

Stygian Ejection: The Eye of the Jailer ejects a Rotseeker and Slothseeker Eye and cloaks itself in a Stygian Shield, inflicting 22033 Shadow damage to players at the landing locations of the eyes.

Titanic Death Gaze: The Eye of the Jailer focuses its energy into a massive blast, inflicting 22033 Shadow damage to all players.
Desolation Beam: The Eye of the Jailer desolates the soul of the target, inflicting 11017 Shadow damage and cascading to a target within 8 yds., increasing damage with each jump.
Soul Shatter: A surge of soul energy inflicts 27541 Shadow damage to the target and splits their soul in three. Shards of the shattered soul inflict damage to the target, reduce movement speed, and damage and healing done until the target joins with the pieces of their shattered soul.

Deathseeker Eye

Piercing Lens: The Eye propels a sharp pinpoint of force at a target, inflicting 22033 Physical damage.
Shared Suffering: Deathseeker Eyes erupt with 12118 Shadow damage and increase Shadow damage taken for 20% for 1 min.
Slothful Corruption: The Indolent Eye exhausts random targets with lassitude, fatiguing them with 3305 Shadow damage every 1.5 sec. for 21 sec, and reducing spell casting, ranged attack speed, and movement by 40%.
Spreading Misery: The Deathseeker Eye spreads misery into the souls of random targets, inflicting 11 Shadow damage every 1 sec. for until canceled. Upon removal, the misery spreads to the ground beneath the target, leaving a pool of Jailer's Misery.
Suffering: Deathseeker Eyes erupt with 12118 Shadow damage and increase Shadow damage taken for 20% for 1 min.

Shared Suffering: When Deathseekers are within 30 yds. of each other they cast Suffering every 3 sec.
Dying Suffering: Dead Deathseekers cast Suffering every 8 sec. while another Deathseeker is alive on the platform.

Scorn and Ire: Ejected Deathseeker Eyes afflict players within 70 yards with applications of Scorn or Ire.
When a player with Scorn collides with a player with Ire, it causes Scorned Annihilation. (Mythic)

Scorn: Scorn fills the player's soul, inflicting 4407 Shadow damage every 1.5 sec. for 9 sec, this effect stacks.

Wings of Rage: Upon reaching 100 energy, Kyra beats her wings for 7 sec and pulls in all players. Upon completion, Wings of Rage inflicts 66099 Physical damage to all players within 10 yds, stunning them for 10 sec.
Formless Mass: Kyra calls forth a formless mass of Maw energy that only exists to devour life.

Siphon Vitality: Inflicts 16525 Shadow damage to all players within 100 yds, healing the Formless Mass for the same amount.

Unending Strike: Kyra slashes out with her blade, causing the target to suffer 41312 Physical damage and take 10% increased damage for 25 sec. This effect stacks.
Spectral blades strike all players, inflicting 6610 Physical damage for each stack.

Repeating Slash: Spectral blades slash out at a player, inflicting 6610 Physical damage.

Signe, The Voice: Signe speaks to lost souls, twisting their thoughts.

Reverberating Refrain: Upon reaching 100 energy, Signe sings of the end for 7 sec and pushes away all players. Upon completion, Reverberating Refrain inflicts 66099 Shadow damage to all players further than 10 yds, causing them to flee in fear for 6 sec.
Song of Dissolution: Signe sings a shredding song that applies dissolution every 1.5 sec for 6 sec. This effect inflicts 2203 Shadow damage every 1 sec for 5 sec and stacks.
Soulful Blast: Signe blasts her target with dark energy, inflicting 16525 Shadow damage.

Fragments of Destiny: Icy fragments form around random players, inflicting 3856 Frost damage every 1 sec. When dispelled, these fragments jump to the nearest player.
If all fragments are on the same player, they are removed to form a Shard of Destiny. (Mythic)

Annhylde's Bright Aegis: Annhylde creates a shield of protective energy for her allies for 40 sec, reducing damage taken by 90%.
Aradne's Falling Strike: Aradne marks several locations for a falling slash. After 8 sec, she strikes those locations, inflicting 19279 Shadow damage. For each location, if no players are struck, she instead inflicts 70 Shadow damage to all players.
Brynja's Mournful Dirge: Brynja marks players with a death song, inflicting 3305 Shadow damage every 1 sec for 6 sec. Upon expiration, the song inflicts 35817 Shadow damage to other players within 5 yds.
Arthura's Crushing Gaze: Arthura focuses the chill of Icecrown upon a player. After 8 sec, she slams the ground, inflicting 400 Frost damage, divided evenly between all players within 10 yds.

Stage Two: The First of the Mawsworn:
When Kyra or Signe reach 20% health remaining, Skyja enters the fray and takes matters into her own hands.

Skyja, The First: Skyja was the first to swear fealty to the powers of the Maw.

Fragments of Destiny: Icy fragments form around random players, inflicting 3856 Frost damage every 1 sec. When dispelled, these fragments jump to the nearest player.
If all fragments are on the same player, they are removed to form a Shard of Destiny. (Normal, Heroic, Mythic)

Shard of Destiny: Standing within 10 yds of a Shard of Destiny inflicts 8262 Frost damage every 1 sec and reduces movement speed by 50%.

Word of Recall: Skyja instantly recalls her previous commands for Call of the Val'kyr.

Wings of Rage: Upon reaching 100 energy, Kyra beats her wings for 7 sec and pulls in all players. Upon completion, Wings of Rage inflicts 66099 Physical damage to all players within 10 yds, stunning them for 10 sec. (Mythic)
Reverberating Refrain: Upon reaching 100 energy, Signe sings of the end for 7 sec and pushes away all players. Upon completion, Reverberating Refrain inflicts 66099 Shadow damage to all players further than 10 yds, causing them to flee in fear for 6 sec. (Mythic)

Link Essence: Skyja links the souls of players together. If any of the players take damage, they additionally radiate 150% of that damage split among all other linked players. (Heroic, Mythic)
Pierce Soul: Skyja pierces the soul of her target, inflicting 41312 Physical damage. This effect reduces the target's movement speed by 10% and healing received by 10% for 30 sec and stacks.
Resentment: Skyja releases negative emotions, inflicting 3305 Shadow damage to all players every 1 sec for 6 sec.

Overview: The Remnant of Ner'zhul's torment manifests itself as Orbs of Torment throughout the encounter. Players must dispatch these Orbs of Torment and then throw them off of the platform while managing the effects of Curse of Malevolence to avoid falling off themselves.
As player damage the Remnant of Ner'zhul, its armor will fall off, trigger a significant amount of damage and alter the Remnant of Ner'zhul's [Aura of Spite].

Tanks:
The Remnant of Ner'zhul uses [Blight] when reaching 100 energy.
[Suffering] is cast at you when [Blight] ends.
Orbs of Torment take significantly more by hitting the orb with [Suffering].
[Curse of Malevolence] knocks back all players from the position of the victim upon expiration.
[Spite] will silence you if you are hit by its impact.
Damage Dealers:
Orbs of Torment take significantly more damage after hitting the orb with [Suffering].
Orbs of Torment continually damage all players via [Torment] until they are carried to the edge of the platform, where they can be thrown off to the depths below.
[Curse of Malevolence] knocks back all players from the position of the victim upon expiration.
[Spite] will silence you if you are hit by its impact.
Healers:
Orbs of Torment continually damage all players via [Torment] until they are carried to the edge of the platform, where they can be thrown off to the depths below.
[Curse of Malevolence] knocks back all players from the position of the victim upon expiration and inflicts signifcant damage to the raid.
[Curse of Malevolence] can be dispelled early.
[Spite] will silence you if you are hit by its impact.

Orb of Torment: Orbs of Torment are unkillable. Once the Orb of Torment is reduced to 1 hp it will continue to damage players with [Torment] until it is carried to the edge of the platform and thrown off.

Torment: Shoots random players with Shadow energy, causing them to suffer 8275 Shadow damage every 3 sec. for 15 sec.
Thermal Lament: Carrying the Orb of Torment causes you to take 2754 Frost damage every 3 sec. and slows your movement speed by 15%. This effect stacks.

Malevolence: Curses random targets with Malevolence for 21 sec. When this effect ends all players are knocked back from the victim's location and take 11029 Shadow damage.
The duration of Curse of Malevolence varies with the number of targets hit.
In Heroic and Mythic Raid difficulties, an area of Lingering Malevolence is created when Curse of Malevolence ends.
In Mythic Raid Difficulty, Malevolence also affects the Rattlecage of Agony while it is on the ground.

Lingering Malevolence: The burst of Malevolence leaves an area that inflicts 16531 Shadow damage every sec to players standing within its confines. (Heroic, Mythic)

Blight: Strikes the target for 16531 Physical damage and causes them to suffer for an additional 5508 Shadow damage every 1 sec for 6 sec.
When Blight expires, Ner'zhul will cast Suffering on them.
The Remnant of Ner'zhul uses this ability when it reaches 100 energy.
When [Blight] ends, the Remnant of Ner'zhul will cast [Suffering] at the victim.
In Mythic Raid Difficulty, after the Helm of Suffering falls to the ground it will also cast [Suffering] at the victim when [Blight] ends.

Suffering: Blasts all players in a straight line through the target for 16531 Shadow damage.
Victims takes an additional 500% damage from Suffering for 20 sec.
Orbs of Torment in the path of [Suffering] will take an additional 300% damage from all sources.

Grasp of Malice: Summons ethereal fingers of Malice that will collapse inward, inflicting 5502 Shadow damage every 1 sec. for 10 sec. to all players caught in the grasp.
In Mythic Raid Difficulty, the Malicious Gauntlet will also cast Grasp of Malice while it is on the ground.

Realign Fate: Fatescribe Roh-Kalo activates the Loom of Fate, pushing the runes representing his own fate into a new alignment. While he is doing so, his damage taken is reduced by 99%.
The power derived from this builds in Roh-Kalo, until he is able to invoke the Darkest Destiny for all players.
Realigning the runes to their original orientation re-connects Roh-Kalo to his true fate.

Fatespawn Anomaly

Anomalous Blast: Strikes a single nearby enemy for 13771 Shadow damage instantly and 6610 Shadow damage every 2 sec for 8 sec.

Fate Fragment: Fragments of possible fates pass through the arena as Fatescribe Roh-Kalo realigns his own fate.
Touching one of these fragments triggers Frayed Fate.

Overview: Death cannot touch Kel'Thuzad so long as his phylactery remains, and in defeating the lich the Phylactery opens and empowers him. During this window, players may enter the Phylactery to destroy the last vestige of Kel'Thuzad's soul before the door closes, but while they do so the armies of Kel'Thuzad emerge from the soul stream to asault the raid.
Each time the Phylactery empowers Kel'Thuzad, he gains a stack of [Necrotic Surge].
After the Phylactery is destroyed, Kel'Thuzad unleashes all his power and minions to obliterate the raid before death can finally take him.
On Mythic difficulty, Kel'Thuzad starts with two stacks of Necrotic Surge.

Tanks:
Tank swap before your stacks of [Soul Fracture] get too high.
Run through a defeated Soul Shards to remove a stack of [Soul Exhaustion].
Run through Frostbound Devoted to destroy them.
[Demolish] inflicts heavy damage.
Damage Dealers:
Focus damage on Soul Shards when they appear.
Prevent Frostbound Devoted from entering the phylactery.
Enter the phylactery and damage the Remnant of Kel'Thuzad.

Stage One: Chains and Ice: Kel'Thuzad unleashes the forces of frost and shadow on the players. With his command over death, even those that succumb to his power are not spared his wrath.

Howling Blizzard: When depleted of mana, Kel'Thuzad summons a blizzard that creates ice patches. Standing in an ice patch inflicts 34 Frost damage every 1 sec.
These patches grow over 20 sec before exploding, inflicting 120 Frost damage to enemies within 8 yards.
Dark Evocation: When reduced to half mana, the lich summons Frostbound Devoted and dead players to fight by his side.

Corpse Detonation: Touching a Frostbound Devoted inflicts 80 Shadow damage to enemies within 0 and knocks them back.

Shatter: Once summoned, the Glacial Spike loses 5% health every 2 sec. On death the spike shatters, inflicting 40 Frost damage to all players and an additional 5 Frost damage every 1 sec for 10 sec.

Oblivion's Echo: Kel'Thuzad debuffs random players causing them to silence their allies within 10 yards for 6 sec.
After the aura expires, the wearer drops a field of silence at their destination.
Frost Blast: Kel'Thuzad hurls a chunk of ice at an enemy, inflicting 150 Frost damage divided evenly among players within 8 yards, 12 Frost damage every 1 sec and rooting them for 12 sec.

Stage Two: The Phylactery Opens:
When Kel'Thuzad is defeated, the phylactery opens and restores him to life once more. While open, players can enter the phylactery to battle the last remnant of Kel'Thuzad's soul.

Necrotic Miasma: Continually inflicts 551 Shadow damage every 2 sec as long as a player is within the phylactery.

Overview: At the start of the encounter Alcruux will cast [Gluttonous Feast] which will remain until the end of the encounter, transfering to the closest player upon expiration.
When Alcruux reaches 20% health, Achillite will be activated and after starting up will enter the encounter. The player with [Gluttonous Feast] can consume the anima orbs, gaining a stack of [Devoured Anima].

[PH] The Broker's theft of an ancient Titan artifact has awoken the guardian Hylbrande, the Sword of the Keepers. Players must deal with this security construct and the Titan safety measures he commands.

Heroic

Overview: Hylbrande attacks players with physical strikes that cleave in front of him, and summons Vault Purifiers to bolster his defenses. Once Hylbrande reaches full energy, he will start a Sanitizing Cycle to cleanse the room.

Damage Dealers:
Purged by Fire leaves behind purging fields that limit the playspace and can make it dangerous to access panels.
Vault Purifiers reduce the amount of damage that Hylbrande takes when they are allowed to channel, and restrict the ability to input bypass codes if left alive during Sanitizing Cycle.
Healers:
Purged by Fire will focus damage on a player.
Players are likely to be very spread out during Sanitizing Cycle.
Tanks:
Shearing Swings and Titanic Crash both hit all players in front of Hylbrande.
Vault Purifiers reduce the amount of damage that Hylbrande takes when they are allowed to channel, and restrict the ability to input bypass codes if left alive during Sanitizing Cycle.

Shearing Swings: Hylbrande takes two consecutive swings at all players in front of him with his sword, inflicting 40 Physical damage, and then 40 Physical damage.
Titanic Crash: Hylbrande slams his sword down, inflicting 18905 Physical damage to all targets in front of him and stunning them for 4 sec.
Purged by Fire: The Titanic Defense Turret focuses intense energy at a player's feet, inflicting 15 Holy damage every 0.5 sec., and leaves behind a Purging Field.

Purging Field

Sanitizing Cycle: Hylbrande channels titan power from the chamber and begins to fill the room with a sanitizing field to purge all unauthorized life forms. As a safety measure, the facility manifests four bypass codes. If security is bypassed, the process will stop. Hylbrande is immune to all damage while channeling.

Titan Console: Manipulating the Titan Console reveals a bypass combination pattern.
Security Panel: Security panels can be socketed with bypass codes.
Bypass Code: Helvete: The player carries a Bypass Code, which inflicts 402 Fire damage every 1.5 sec. while carried and can be socketed into nearby Security Panels.
Bypass Code: Lys: The player carries a Bypass Code, which inflicts 402 Holy damage every 1.5 sec. while carried and can be socketed into nearby Security Panels.
Bypass Code: Fryse: The player carries a Bypass Code, which inflicts 402 Frost damage every 1.5 sec. while carried and can be socketed into nearby Security Panels.
Bypass Code: Morke: The player carries a Bypass Code, which inflicts 402 Shadow damage every 1.5 sec. while carried and can be socketed into nearby Security Panels.

Vault Purifier: Vault Purifiers join the fight two at a time as Hylbrande calls for them.

Empowered Defense: Vault Purifiers channel energy into Hylbrande, reducing all damage taken by 25%.
Keeper's Protection: The Vault Purifier channels a protective shield on a security panel, blocking interaction.
Valorous Bolt: The Vault Purifier blasts a target with energy, inflicting 10056 Holy damage.

Timecap'n Hooktail

Pirate Dragon [PH]

Overview: Timecap'n Hooktail commands her infamous pirate ship, The Hourglass, to [Cannon Barrage] the beach while she engages players in close combat.
Corsair Brutes grapple from the deck to support their captain, but her [Infinite Breath] and [Hook Swipe] are deadly for players and Corsairs alike.
Upon reaching 100 energy, Hooktail uses her infinite magics to greatly empower her allies with [Double Time].

Damage Dealers:
Stay away from Corsair Brutes and try to kite them into Hooktail's [Infinite Breath] or [Cannon Barrage]
Kill Corsair Brutes quickly while they are stunned by [Infinite Breath]
Stay away from the boat to avoid being pulled into the water by [Anchor Cannon]
Healers:
Stay away from Corsair Brutes and try to kite them into Hooktail's [Infinite Breath] or [Cannon Barrage]
Stay away from the boat to avoid being pulled into the water by [Anchor Cannon]
Tanks:
Aim Timecap'n Hooktail's [Infinite Breath] at Corsair Brutes
Try not to turn Timecap'n Hooktail's tail towards your allies

Deadly Seas: The seas are especially treacherous in Timecap'n Hooktail's presence. Players will drown if they enter these dark waters.
Timecap'n Hooktail

Infinite Breath: Hooktail's powerful breath inflicts 14078 Arcane damage and stuns players within a frontal cone for 3 sec. Corsair Brutes hit are stunned and take increased damage for 10 sec.
Hook Swipe: Hooktail swipes her tail, inflicting 14078 Physical damage to players and Corsairs and knocking them back.
Players can be Hook'd! by this effect.
Double Time: Fed up with the player's resistance, Timecap'n Hooktail calls upon her infinite magic to drastically increase the movement and attack speed of any Corsair Brutes in the area.

Corsair Cannoneers

Grapeshot: Cannon fire from Hooktail's ship inflict 7240 Fire damage to players.
Anchor Cannon: Fires an Anchor Shot directly at a player, dealing 8849 Physical damage, stunning and dragging them towards the Sea Cucumber for 10 sec.

[PH] So'leah, a power hungry broker, is irresponsibly gathering and exploiting power artifacts in a bid to unlock unrivaled energy and influence. She must be stopped.

[Collapsing Star] fires in the direction of So'leah's target and must be discharged before reaching its destination.
Coordinate with allies to disrupt So'leah's [Power Overwhelming] utilizing [Hyperlight Jolt].

Coordinate with allies to disrupt So'leah's [Power Overwhelming] utilizing [Hyperlight Jolt].
[Collapsing Star] should be carefully discharged before it reaches its destination.
Healers:
Coordinate with allies to disrupt So'leah's [Power Overwhelming] utilizing [Hyperlight Jolt].
[Collapsing Star] inflicts substantial damage to all party members when discharged.

Stage One: [PH]

Hyperlight Spark: So'leah creates a Hyperlight Spark that jumps between all players, inflicting 6034 Arcane damage.
Collapsing Star: So'leah forms an orb containing 4 charges of Collapsing Energy that persists for 20 sec. Each time a player comes into contact with the Collapsing Star it consumes a charge to apply Collapsing Energy to all players, inflicting 9 Arcane damage every 1 sec for 3 sec.
All remaining charges of Collapsing Energy are consumed when the Collapsing Star expires.
Summon Guards: So'leah summons elite guards to assist her.

So' Cartel Assassin: Highly mobile elite assassins.

Shuriken Blitz: The Assassin quickly repositions and readies a volley of shurikens. Inflicts 6034 Physical damage to all players and causes them to bleed, inflicting an additional 2011 Physical damage every 1 sec for 10 sec.

Stage Two: [PH]

Power Overwhelming: So'leah links herself to the relics, drawing upon their power to reduce all damage taken by 99% while linked.
Striking a relic with Hyperlight Jolt disrupts its link with So'leah.
Hyperlight Jolt: So'leah unleashes a blast of energy through all players inflicting 8045 Arcane damage in a line between each player and increasing damage taken from Hyperlight Jolt by 50% for 15 sec.
Striking a relic with the blast disrupts its link with So'leah.
Collapsing Star: So'leah forms an orb containing 4 charges of Collapsing Energy that persists for 20 sec. Each time a player comes into contact with the Collapsing Star it consumes a charge to apply Collapsing Energy to all players, inflicting 9 Arcane damage every 1 sec for 3 sec.
All remaining charges of Collapsing Energy are consumed when the Collapsing Star expires.
Relocation: So'leah shifts relics to new positions.
Energy Fragmentation: So'leah triggers a violent reaction in a relic, releasing energy fragments in several directions. Players caught in the path of an energy fragment are knocked away and suffer 33 Arcane damage and an additional 8 Arcane damage every 2 sec for 6 sec.
Hyperlight Nova: So'leah and the relics erupt, inflicting 20112 Arcane damage to all players within 12 yards.

I don't expect a drop even every other time I kill a WB, but to not ever get a single drop after months on multiple characters is just ridiculous.
