Dev really needs something to make it not a gimmicky one-shot spec, so buffing base Fire Breath damage seems good. It also makes it feel worth casting, since almost everyone just auto-kicks every blue spell when their WAs honk at them.

The only problem is a Tip the Scales + Dragonrage + Fire Breath can already hit for 250k in the right scenario, followed by a fat Eternity Surge. Buffing that by 300% would just make it more gimmicky.

Edit: nevermind, think I read the change wrong. It’s a 300% buff to a specific aura granted by casting Fire Breath.
