Excellent. Everything is back to how it's supposed to be....pretend it never happened folks.
I just can't believe that Arthas and Garrosh don't even exist anymore. No, I did not want a redemption for either of them--and Garrosh at least exploded out of existence on his own terms--but it still sucks that they're now utterly obliterated from even being. Uther consigned Arthas to a fate worse than death and apparently doesn't even feel bad about it. Jaina, who once wept for Arthas after his death, now has nothing to really say when his very soul dissipates into nothingness. Then there's Sylvanas who, unlike the Lich King, WILLINGLY chose to follow the Jailor without really even grasping his plans, and callously murdered millions of Alliance and Horde citizens to help destroy all reality--she gets a redemption and more staring roles in cutscenes. Does Blizzard just truly hate their older fans as much as it seems like they do? Everything about Shadowlands just screams "We hate you, and hate that you once loved our game."
I think the worst part of these last cinematics are that many people are indifferent nowadays.
What a fervor dream huh?
and verything goes back to normal
Why does it feel like Wow is just ripping off Marvel's storylines? I guess the Covenant Leaders are really just Eternals, so the First Ones are Celestials, and let's see what comes next?
I know that a split clouds sky is nothing new or revolutionary , but with all the FFXIV comparisons lately and plagiarism claims, the 1st thing that came to my mind was that they even copied the split sky from shadowbringers lol ... damn... maybe its the angle of the screenshot , but damn , it feels the same lol
Interesting that there's a tear in the cloud cover over Icecrown with bright stars. An omen, perhaps?I think the Celestials are coming, with orders to purge it ALL. The whole lot. All of creation. I think the Jailer was a construct of the First Ones, (whom I personally believe are the titans OR the celestials themselves), who went more than a little insane, and rebelled. And for that, he was banished to the Maw, where he harboured an almighty grudge for a very long time. When he attempted to use the Forge of Origination, I think an alarm bell was sounded. As most of us know, mess with Titan facilities, and celestials are the ones sent to assess the situation. Should they arrive, and find a fallen construct, I doubt, being noted for being rather aloof, that they'll be kindly disposed. We're also learning the language of the First Ones; which may prove convenient for us, IF the next expansion involves them as the enemy, as I'm beginning to suspect. And high time, too. I've been personally waiting for a Titan expansion, so that'll suit me to a tee.
Off to a alternate Draenor. To fight the Lightbound Draenei
So.. is Bolvar just going to be chilling with that new bling crown we made to replace the helm of domination? Or with the jailer gone (and assumedly someone or something will have to take his place as the jailer of the maw), will he just walk the line between living and death- almost like the reaper himself guiding souls to the afterlife (actually that sounds half decent- so won’t happen ;) )
Not really a big fan of raiding these days but I may LFR run the Jailer fight just to get the original skybox back instead of the shattered pit of stupidity.
