The rogue venthyr one is going to be absolutely crazy if it goes live like it is. It's like a 30% vers buff every minute.
The Kyrian/Paladin one seems absolutely, off the charts, insanely OP. It looks more like a Torghast power than a Legendary effect.

Ok guys, remember when Ion said he might let us use two Legendries at once during Blizzcon 2021? What if these new Legendries are meant to be used with our 9.0 Legendries, letting us use one ability-based one and one Covenant-based one. If this turns out to be the case, that would incentivize players to use these, allowing for legendries to improve the DPS of struggling classes, and maybe encourage some covenant switching.

what the hell is for shamans? 5% haste, one time per 45 seconds, its about 1% haste at all, nice legendary.... What to do versus single target. Just remove entire class writer of shamans. Give some advantage legendaries, cause its annoying. (Its not funny when palas got divine toll legendary, and shammies get 5% haste one time per 45 seconds, wonderful idea (fire the class writer, please)Just remove entire shaman class better, than give this not funny leggos
Just give shamans leggo, that lighting bolt have a chance to cast primoridal wave, and all. it will be better then this, 1% haste vs single target. Elemental shammies has almost awesome aoe, dont push that, you are just pushing 3s arena, aoe for elementals, dont do that, they are good in aoe, in 3s. Give some survival abilities, dont push aoe builds, cause its already great, and you will nerf it in future.
The shaman necrolord one sounds really lack luster. 5% haste for 10 seconds? That doesn't make me enthusiastic to craft it.
Lol its funny how Blizzard seems to be only giving strong covenant legendaries to classes that already have very strong covenant abilities...makes sense. Necro shaman lego is literally useless, and is buffing a covenant ability that is already weak(especially compared to some like Divine Toll, convoke, condemn, mindgames etc.). But Pallys get a strong covenant lego that is just buffing what has already been a problematic covenant ability due to how strong it is? The funny part is Primordial Wave is a 45 second CD, Divine Toll is a 1 min CD...absolutely massive gap in power between the two abilities, yet theyre on virtually the same CD...and then you go and make Toll even better, thats some classic big brain balancing by Blizzard right there. Also the necro lego for Pallys is going to low key be SUPER busted in PvP if were able to wear 2 legos, Necro can still do some big burst even now and the lego would essentially mean youd be able to fire off 4 straight empowered Final Verdicts on someone during your burst window (wings+seraphim+50% holy damage from final reckoning) which would do burst that literally no class can live through.Rogues NF lego and Venthyr lego look to be very strong as well.I have a pretty strong feeling that Ion's plan is for us to use 1 regular legendary, and 1 covenant legendary(if not at 9.1 launch, then by 9.1.5) being that ever since he took over all hes done is stacked borrowed power systems on top of more borrowed power systems because ya know...such a genius idea that has worked well in the past. Rest of SL is gonna be a sh1tshow.
