For the pain that she is to solo, she should have her own, considerably more generous loot rules.
Inb4 the negative comments about this change. Something something casuals something something handouts
Please just let us skip this one :(
The challenge wasn't too bad in the previously nerfed version, the real problem is it's hella-annoying for a boss two expansions back. This makes it somewhat less so, in that it's more forgiving of mistakes, but it still takes forever and you're running around killing trash instead of 2-shotting the boss and collecting your phat lewt, which is how soloing raids from 2 expansions back should work.
will they nerf garothi worldbreaker to allow solo for weaker melee classes?
Can't we really just enter the room and loot? It's a very strange fight
It’s painfully obvious that this fight was never designed to be done solo and no amount of nerfs is going to be a substantial difference. At this point the loot from this encounter should just be made available via a vendor and sold for currency acquired from defeating other bosses in the raid. For that matter, all legacy loot should work this way so that you don’t feel your time has been wasted when you just can’t get that one elusive piece of loot. It’s a really simple and elegant solution and to be perfectly honest it’s clear the only reason something like that isn’t being implemented is because they want to make damn sure everyone is logging in for their weekly grinds and keeping that sub current rather than letting it lapse during content draughts.
Good changes, but still waiting on a flat hp and damage dealt nerf to all bosses.
Nerfs are great and all, but are they actually going to fix the encounter? It's been broken for months now and I'm tired of having to explain that to others during legacy raids every week. I don't mind running Eonar at this difficulty with a PUG, but only if it's actually working.
They should make xmog only runs as a mode in old raids so all bosses are just pinatas with no mechanics most already are so whats the point in having a few bosses from each raid unkillable.
