I've timed all the 8 normal dungeons +15/16 this week, but the Taz ones I haven't been able to time yet. I still managed to earn points from both Taz dungeons so I can probably KSM next week. Gambit is entirely do-able though in 30 minutes, but Streets of Wonder has several minutes of wasted RP time that people are having to do Wo skips on now just to time. The last boss is a bit overtuned with its phase 3 mechanic because you literally have seconds to figure out which is the safe portal.Keys are really hard this week. They're +5 higher on-top of us losing the passive damage buffs we had from S2. We also have Bolstering+Explosive on-top of Tyrannical so it's like having Fortified and Tyrannical combined. S2 start was significantly easier. Keys were only +3 higher, we had more powers from the dungeon, and the affix rotations were very easy.It feels like this entire season is going to be balanced around our gear. Double legendary and tier sets are going to massively increase everyone's damage so +15s will feel like they did before. Next week we can get 260 iLvl items as well from +15s so our iLvl is going to increase as well.It's just having to sit there and slog through the next couple of weeks which will be a challenge.
I am a player who got my 20 portals and then played alts casually season 2. ilvl 252 prot pally. from my experience Timing 15’s now seems harder than 20s were last season. baseline requirements to time 15’s now are at around 9k per dps if you get 3k from your healer and 6kish from your tank. That is a bit higher than what you needed to time 20’s last season. Also, timing the tazavesh places 15+ is going be be ridiculous on fortified week if they do not adjust the damage on some of the trash. The boss tuning seems to be in a pretty good spot but the trash tuning is bonkers.

Just before S3, I check mob health on M0 SOA/NW. Forsworn Vanguard had 100k health, and now it has 126k just as you noticed.So the "basic" M0 multiplier appears to be 26 % instead, and I noticed the same value from NW. Guess what? According to key level multiplier (+8 % / key level), those 26 % are 3 key levels.But overall with the "hidden" buff, the real shift seems to be way higher than 5 keys levels, at least for health... I would say 6-7 key levels instead.
Also they need to remove complete this &*!@ new encrypted affix, why in the love of !@#$ it needs to spawn on top of the bosses in Tyranical weeks?Its such a mess!
I mean, I'm an average player and have timed +15's this week. I think so far 6 timed. Sure they're a bit harder than we expected but they're not unrunable. I think people have set their expectations too high, you don't *NEED* a +15 the first week, you'd *LIKE* a +15 the first week. Unless you're pushing for a CE mythic guild (in which case you're probably gonna be assigned to a team or running these with a fair amount of ease) having +15's done isn't something that's going to affect you. Do +10's to get a decent tyranical score on the board, hit 1-4 x +15/14's if you can to give that first/second vault option. I think people don't understand the sheer power gain most (I say most because I know some tier sets are terrible) players will gain from 2 X Lego + 2/4pc tier sets. That along with +26 higher ilevel. Stop wanting everything week one, it's a progressive system(as wow has always been) and will get easier in time.
I don't know what people complain about, been doing keys since legion and the health is abit high? Yes but -1. you have 3m+ spare because your not killing tormentors.2. Encrypted buffs are FAR better.3. ppl blindly hate instead of progress, stop killing random buffs, start make routes around them. This is not season 2 you don't need to start dos with 360 tour.4. The most struggle in pugs is when people kill the haste buff on bosses which makes you lose time since you cannot cleave it down and the mechanic collide with bossNEVER do haste buff it's not worth it if you spend time killing it solo
Im having a better time now when i complete a key. Things will be easier when u have the tier set+ 2nd legendary. I hope they dont nerf it.
