This looks like fun already!
Kael'thas Sunstrider: I never imagined I would have to deal with nathrezim again.Baroness Vashj: You were never the one I accredited with good foresight.Wow, a burn Kael could never inflict
What is the point of adding "(story spoilers)" if the headline itself is a spoiler?
You guys should really evaluate the title and preview thumbnails that appear in discords for these posts. This is like saying Snape kills Dumbledore (story spoilers).
Welp, gonna have to delete the wowhead channel in my discord since it's now posting full story spoilers as previews.
It's kind of funny to have Vashj and the Accuser conversing to each other seeing as they're both voiced by Barbara Goodson.
An interaction I have been waiting for, for years!
Do you really not see the difference here? The title, itself, is a spoiler. That's kind of a default thing people avoid doing. The PTR doesn't exist to spoil the story solely. It exists for all sorts of things like class adjustments, system changes, new things to do, and so on. Vashj and Kael reuniting is a fairly big spoiler that's beyond what *needs* to be said. It could easily be titled "Lady Vashj makes an appearance in the Shadowlands" without spoiling anything in the title. Not saying the article itself can't be spoilery, because it probably will be, but at some point there's a line. Saying the whole spoiler in the title is pretty frowned upon in almost *every* form of online communication.Maybe someone is just looking for class changes and then gets subjected to nearly full story spoilers? Is that OK? No, I think it's not.
Shadowlands is a xpac that is just teeming with potential meetups like this. I do wonder which loose threads will be tied up like Sunwalker Dezco who is searching for his wife and child who passed away.I really hope Blizz does a very VERY lore heavy patch in 9.2. I would be OK with 9.2 not containing a raid as long as its chock full of lore heavy quests which ties up alot of the lore and story.
I really really enjoy to see more Keal'thas and Vashj, always enjoyed them back in Warcraft 3 :)One of my biggest dreams is that Keal'thas comes back to azeroth, since he was done so wrong in BC... and just killed off with some very bad Lore, so lets hope it will happen ^^PS:You guys forget that WoWhead is just a news site... they need those clicks... and Click bate titles...Sad but true.I have even seen sometimes that the front page picture... has nothing to do with the Post but they just put a picture there to drive people to click on the article
The guy was literally decapitated! Though i guess with magic and stuff anything is possible now.TBH its best to leave all these characters in the afterlife where they belong.
Kael and Vash served under illidan to destroy the burning legion and taking outland before Kael's betrayl. They managed to get dreadlords to serve Illidan in the black temple. I'd say it's very likely that at some point during their time with Illidan that they themselves had to deal with dreadlords.
The characters around Kael'thas constantly getting "sick burns" on him is actually pretty tiresome, eye-rolling, and overplayed at this point, considering half the accusations the Accuser throws out at him are outright lies. It feels like they're trying to flanderize BC Kael'thas, rather than give him the redemption and recognition from how he was in Warcraft 3.
"There are no known examples of Kael and Vashj working together against Dreadlords"I think it's fair to say that they fought against the Nathrezim at least once, during the second mission of the Alliance campaign in The Frozen Throne. I think there were some Nathrezim in the last 2 missions as part of the demon forces too, though I'm a lot less sure of that.
That burn at the end. Ouch
