This is awesome work.
Awesome job, but I gotta agree that a huge part of the Warcraft identity it's on its artstyle and aesthetics; It's a big part of how they can update the fidelity yet the older stuff still holds up most of the time and doesn't feel as dated as other MMO's.

Looks like crap, nothing like the gates of old or the new iron gates... people just need to stop doing crap jobs.
However i also agree, this is an amazing job, but i still prefer wows look. This is one of the few games nowadays that are still trying to look nice, instead of photorealistic.
The Stylized art wow devs make is perfect as it is. The millions of polygons needed to make the high resolution things would eat up too much and people would gripe and “feel forced” as the kids say to upgrade only to find that we would end up like destiny. Run 50 ft anywhere and you’re not able to go any further. It’s the same reason cloth and hair physics aren’t fully implemented. It eats up too much resources to create a collider for every hair style and armor set with a couple hundred jokers standing around bantering nonsense in trade chat. The artist team has done great and to increase work load on the animator / rigging team would be a dookie move.
so where can i get cheap 3090 TI? It's still over $3000 around on the market... it should be $1499 as suggested. And cheap 4T+ SSD too, when this version of wow comes out, it should be easily over 1TB.
World of Warcraft: Reforged!
I believe this was quoted somewhereBlizzard and a few developers have already stated they could make a game like this, however, most people would not be able to afford increased graphics/rendering means paying people more and charging people more, you realize the only games like these (not necessarily) unreal engine but games with close to graphics like these are games you pay for once (mostly) console, there is no mmo with details like this as very few would be able to afford it so I wouldn't say it's not blizzard or any other creator that they cannot make the game like this, more so they will not as it would not be financially stable.
Other than the fact that it only shares a passing resemblance to Orgrimmar's front, its very nice.
This looks amazing but for some other game not Warcraft.I prefer Warcrafts more cartoonish look and not a fan of blinding enviroments that remind me of Bastion.
Is it okay, if after so many years of wow I do so very much want this? :D
If WoW ever went with this type of graphics it would lose probably 80% of it's playerbase... you(people who want this) do realize that this type of graphics requires the corresponding hardware to run it. The reason games like WoW, LoL, Lost Ark etc... are being played by so many people to an extent is the low requirements on the hardware and this is especially so right now with the ridiculous prices on GPUs.Personally I'd prefer if they focus on the gameplay than to bother with realistic looks. Also maybe it's just me, but the more realistic something looks the faker it feels whenever it moves. What I mean is that when I play games with regular graphics I don't pay attention to that, but when I try a game or look at something that's supposed to be realistic I find so many flaws that it's off-puting and annoying. That aside amazing job on this. I know the focus is Orgrimmar, but the Orc is simply marvelous.
