Fair change imho. The current iteration with only +16 for max ilvl feels a bit off.

But a +20 doesn't warrant a max ilvl reward from the vault? Not sure how I feel about timing a +20 knowing I'm still going to have to upgrade the gear I get from the vault.....
Let's be real. Less than 10% of the community is doing anything above a 15. Bring everything back down to 15 max, everything else should be just for the rating.This game is a HYPER casual experience. Mixing in this need to do harder content with players that literally do not want to, but are forced to creates an extremely toxic environment. Leave competing and difficulty to multiplayer games.

18 is still super generous. I would have stuck at 20s.
