As the World First guilds approach Mythic Kel'thuzad and Sylvanas, Blizzard continues to push hotfixes -- this time doing a tuning pass for the final two fights of the raid instance.
Necrotic Empowerment
After being revived by the phylactery, Kel'Thuzad empowers any of his minions still alive, increasing their damage by 100%500% and making them immune to all loss of control effects until they are slain.
NEW
Continually inflicts 826 Shadow damage every 2 sec as long as a player is within the phylactery.
This effect stacks.
Bane Arrows
Sylvanas jettisons a volley of arrows, inflicting 825311017 Shadow damage to players within 5 yards at the impact location, creating a pool of Banshee's Bane.

Crushing Dread
The Souljudge sows immense anxiety in afflicted targets, erupting for 1927916525 Shadow damage to players within 5 yards every 2 sec. for 9 sec. This effect increases stacks every period, increasing Crushing Dread damage by 10%.
Upon removal, this effect transfers to another player until the Souljudge is defeated.

When removed, Death-touched blades fling out from the marked players in targeted directions, inflicting 19279 Shadow damage every second for 9 sec to players within 53 yards of any struck target.

What an insanely stupid take. The boss gets passively nerfed every week as guilds accumulate item level. Most guilds will be 245 when they kill it, the dps/hps checks will be trivial. Get over it.
Most standard Mythic guilds will also have way more gear when reaching that point, and not something like a 235 average, which is below heroic itemlevel.
These guilds are so fascinating, BECAUSE they do their stuff with way less gear than they are supposed to have. But because of that they also suffer a hundred wipes on the same boss.
I only agree with the no-gap spikes. This one forces your raid into something, no matter your gear.
More DPS surely helps against oneshot mechanics...

I only agree with the no-gap spikes. This one forces your raid into something, no matter your gear.
More DPS surely helps against oneshot mechanics...
some of them have survived some spikes with the current gear, with 10 more ilvl people would survive more to things that one shot them now allowing more mistakes, there is also a domination gem that at level 5 give you a 7k shield that would help a lot. Of corse some things in that boss are goin to be nerfed but it don´t need to be har nerfs, beside the no skip spikes that thing is stupid for not 100 top guils.

If it took 100+ wipes on Painsmith for best guids in the world, then for average guilds it gonna take 3-5 times more wipes.

not to mention that most groups that reach this boss will have full sets of domination socketed gear and be higher ilvl. while the no-gap spikes is bothersome, it is likely there will be a strategy build around using a lock gate to skip it.
