Whoa - those are really red! Looks sick! SITHLORDS RISE UP.
Does anyone know where to pick up the quest line? I can’t seem to find it.
As much as it makes sense that Void Elves could have fallen in the 4th war and became Dark Rangers, it does pose complications. For one, the conflict between Void as void elves and Death to that of forsaken. On top of that, the Alliance have absolutely ZERO reason to allow dark ranger "void elves" to return to the Alliance. They would instead be among the Horde. Among the Forsaken.Once again, this update is based on the idea of "equality" and "if this side has it, why not ours?" argument. Something I've come to hate since the new customization choices. Blizzard isn't paying attention to their own lore and is solely focused on appeasing the player base.
Okay, but... why can Paladins have the red eyes and stuff? Undead Elf Paladins? Ermmm... you mean death knight? But wait, the DKs don't get the red eyes? I do not get it. The forsaken can't be paladins so this doesn't make sense to me. :(
Why on earth are the red eyes LINKED to the new pale skin? I was SO excited to finally make my undead elf have pale skin... And yet, despite every other skin/eye color being unlinked, these are forced together. What the actual #$%^, blizz. Let me have blue or purple eyes with my dead skin, why is this the only thing linked?
works like intended... Gnomes need not apply.
rolf the entire player base since Wrath: GIVE US A PLAYABLE DARK RANGER CLASS. Blizz 10+ years later: THE BEST WE CAN DO IS A TRANSMOG SET
Now I know the playerbase tends to be rewards oriented and probably blasted through these questsbut actually, they were pretty interesting, I hope everyone read the quest text and waited for the dialogues to play out. I don't want to hear later about how Blizzard is crazy or retconning things because y'all didn't pay attention.tbh the reason not nightborne is because there is literally 1 nightborne who is relevant to us now and it's Oculeth, Thalryssa kinda still matters if you read the books... but largely the race had 0 interaction with the scourge or even undeath except for the occasional haunting. Culturally speaking they're just sort of merging into blood elf society, appearing as tourists, leyline navigators and even rangers in silvermoon, so with the scourge remnants active there it's bound to happen eventually.. We'd just need some Nightborne to actually have it happen to them in the story, It hasn't seemed to yet. Maybe one day when they modernize everything from Gilneas to Quel'danas into one landmass we can get some "modern" stories like that told
