stop making this be a part of the weekly, when there's a huge shard of players it very often bugs out and end up with 2 or 3/5 tasks completed
I can still troll by taunting and running away with someone's fish head! Maybe they'll fix that some day. But for now, it's just so funny to lead away a random immobile-looking enemy.
7 weeks in and months of testing--blizzard slowest richest company out there
one more to add from last nights hotfix batch"In addition to completing tasks for Big Kinook, players can also earn credit for the quests “Community Feast” and “Aiding the Accord: A Feast For All” by throwing any discovered meat into the pot, or by yelling “Yes Chef!” when given a new task. So the no mount thing... I am happy people won't be blocking the NPC, but it's annoying to have an area where you are automatically dismounted (especially when flying). It would be better, in my opinion, if they added a feature where NPCs "need some space". So you can stand on top of the NPC, but after 10-30 second's the NPC pushes you back a little so your not standing inside of them. Then no one is ever dismounted, the NPC can always be seen from overhead, it could work with all NPCs you can communicate with, and it would be immersive.
Happy for the changes .It is just odd to me at this stage in the game that this is "an afterthought" every xpac. EVERY community event/quest/kill is a GPU smoking cavalcade of LOS obscuring mounts , Toys that make targeting a chore , Companion pets, class pets turned mobile blind spots, the list goes on .It should be a given at this stage , (with over a decade and a half exp?) that the player base will always have a % of people intent on hindering others enjoyment / completion of the game every single time....and Blizz should be designing , planning accordingly .Still, glad they got around to it .
It's amazing how certain players hate new content so much, that they insist on making blizzard waste time doing fixes like these. Like, this is dev time squandered purely because some people can't stop themselves from griefing. But they won't ban these griefers for some reason. Don't get me wrong - great changes to solve the issues - but my complaint is that this issue comes from actual jerk players, who will of course immediately look for another way to grief the public and not be banned for it. Alas, there will always be garbage humans, but I wish Blizzard would choose to fire them as customers once identified. We really don't need people who do crap like that.
Yes! Ty
Now just up the chance for tasks. Because I sometimes get 3 or 4 tasks over the 15 minute period. Not to mention the timer always starts at 14 minutes remaining and stays at 0:00 for some random amount of time. This whole thing is just a mess with it being only available every 3:30 hours and so having way too many players there.
Great. now make it worthwhile to do. Once you've maxed rep with Iskara there's literally no reason to do it
Great changes!
I kid you not, it was the only time I saw them training dummies being reduced to zero health given their enormous health regain. That's how many people were there at the soup events. It was kinda easier. Hit the dummy and let the cleave "prepare" the ingredients. The mounts, however, had to go. Too much clutter.
A few less goats in the rodeo, at least...
Anything to make the player base behave. And I hope it will help with lag though because I've seen somebody get bullied for pointing out how bad it was. I guess it was somehow their fault...when they didn't design the game.
All good changes.
Stupid change... What's the point of having these toys then, if you can't have fun with them? Casuals babyraging again as usual.
Good, now all the hurrr-durrrs who think it's funny to annoy other players will have to find something else to masturbate to.
