QQ-storm inc due to gold sink.
Well, that sucks. Why does a level 80 have to pay to fly around zones I've seen? Bah. Yet another money sink.Edit: Lulz, what Shinshiva said. Though, when you think about it, what else do people have to spend their money on besides respecs, gems and enchants?
Old weather flying!
Makes sense, I'm glad they added this. How much do people think they are going to be paying for this?If level 40 (100% ground) is 50g and level 60 Outland Flying training is 250g, then I'd predict the cost to be around either 100g or 200g.Gold sink? That's pocket change.EDIT2: Looks like I was pretty close on the money - off by 50g :P
This isn't nearly as bad as I expected.I am, however, amazed by the fact that people are complaining more when the price is low than they ever did when the price was high. I guess it's the difference between feeling like you're making a big investment or just getting nickle and dime'd.
Considering you're getting the skill at level 60 or so, I doubt it'll be very expensive.
less qq more GDKP runs imo. It's not like gold is hard to come by now.
This is no surprise at all, why wouldnt they do something they have been doing in both expansion before ? make you pay for flying =) this was forseen

Probably will fold in with the current flying at 60; will let you fly in both Outland and 'old' Azeroth.
Should be about 2.5k, imo. This is a good move overall.
I don't know why everyone always seems opposed to gold sinks, we need them to combat inflation. If hyperinflation starts up, you'll be eating gold, silver, and copper soup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
Are they Seriously naming it that?I always assumed "Windy Weather Flying" made sense, since i cant think of any other explanation you could fly in Northrend but not Azeroth :PAlso, you get it at level 60! The same time you get regular flying? So why have it as a separate skill at all? And, as soon as you get it, you leave Azeroth and dont use it for 20 levels?Wtf Blizzard?
I know what it actually is. It's a fee to buy a "license to fly" from the Flightmaster Cartel as compensation for lost business
This will probably not be THE money sink in cataclysm since it is available at level 60. Forging outland flying and Azerothian flying together would be a smart move imo
