All the garbos cried and Blizz listened. Sad.
I disagree with them making the change mid season... but this is part of why pvp gear was so easy to get and made all the PvErs cry about pvp gear's ilvl until it was nerfed into the ground; the ratings are too easily achievable for people to get the mythic equivalent gear from, especially if doing rbgs. Up until BfA the elite sets required almost exactly what this change was going to require.. Now, 1800 is a joke to any serious pvpers (no really, link a 1800 achievement as experience and people will laugh at you) and is far too easy for casuals to get. Elite set should be locked to 2k at the very least just like it (almost) used to be. It is the FULL mythic equivalent after all, and should logic follow, it would be on the same level of difficulty as someone who raided everything but the last two bosses in any mythic raid.Just continues to show Blizz has absolutely no idea how to handle PvP in the game anymore.
thank you blizzard
Oh thank you for reverting that awful decision Blizzard. Wow pvp needs more reasons for casual pvpers to play it, not less.
I think Blizzard should give something similar to Mythic+ players, a mount, titles and an epic seasonal exclusive transmog for PvPers and a Title to 0.1% of Mythic+ players. :/
Give me a break. Easy or not, it takes plenty of time to grind 1800 unless you're boosted. The sets are nice but PVP is not a primary activity anymore as far as I'm concerned (mediocre balance and zero content in what five years?). Also, ranking becomes a real headache if you don't have a buddy or two to queue with and consistently pug.
